Diet For YouthsWhat is tea diet? Well actually it's a diet name i make out myself, so let me explain.
First of all tea is definitely involved and yes no sugar guys!
SO HOW DOES THIS DIET WORKS?
it's simple!
Step 1: Prepare yourself a big bottle that can withstand hgh heat, those thermal flask bottles or those plastic bottles that can withstand heat is fine.
Step 2: I need you to get two bags of either green tea or oolong tea and put them inside the bottle, hold onto the ends of course!
Step 3: after you boil hot water, pour in the hot water ( can mix with lukewarm water if you don't want it to be so hot)
Step 4: dip the teabags over and over and leave it to settle for about 30mins. You can't even drink it yet due to the temperature! XD
Step 5: throughout the day consume either that bottle only or that with plain water and no other sweetened water or fizzy stuff
Step 6: Drink it before and after meals and before you sleep. Make sure you finish the bottled tea!
Do this for about a week and you'll notice that you have fewer cravings and your taste for stronger flavoured stuff is not as strong anymore and you woukdn't want to eat big portioneed foods either. YOU FEEL CLEAN AND THEREFORE YOU WANT TO STAY CLEAN
Not to mention, green tea and oolong tea both have weight loss effects and cancer fighting effects that are good for your body.
HOWEVER I RECCOMMEND ONE TO TRY GREEN TEA FIRST BECAUSE IS LESS STRONG AS COMPARED TO OOLONG TEA.
Of course, your food must come is portions and not just anyhow you want just because the tea may burn off extra calories!
