Diet type 2: Irresistable diet

I bet this diet complies to most of us and yes it's irresistable! and what does this means? YOU CAN'T RESIST CARBS AND FRIED FOOD!

But i'll show you how to combat this issue

 

Firstly, you just ate a huge amount of carbs or fried food like a set meal from KFC or fried rice with fried chicken or something like that and you're upset.

WHAT DO I DO?!

 

simple,

 

step 1: If you're still eating it, chew slowly and take your time NO MATTER HOW DELICIOUS IT IS you'll start getting full and you'll notice you can't even finish

step 2: Even before step 1, while ordering, order a small portion like just the burger instead of a set or those snacker size thingies~

step 3: chew slow as i've said and swap the water for something non fizzy, it's not healthy either but i'd rather that than a pile of sugar.

step 4: You can't finish, so bring it back home, but if you're at home, svae it for later or just FORGET IT.

step 5: drink tea (oolong or green tea) to curb that hunger that you may still feel.

step 6: Youre feeling sleepy and woozy after that good food, go take a shower to at least let your food settle for half an hour before you take a nap

step 7: You are allowed to take a nap but before that, consume the tea again

step 8: Once you wake up, GET UP YOU LAZY AND GO OUT THERE FOR A JOG OR WALK FOR AN HOUR AND DON'T YOU DARE COME BACK BEFORE THAT TIMING

Step 9: once you sweat a bit do some jump rope exercise for five minutes for extra burn then go take a shower or something to freshen up

step 10: Eat a fruit and salad or just either one. (banana and salad or just salad)

step 11: You'll be okay after this so just consume more tea, don't eat anymore

 

But if you still want munchies, snack on nuts or an apple or berries!~

 

THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS DIET AND IT'S NOT RECCOMMENDED SINCE IT HAS A FAST FOOD COMPONENT

 

But this is for those that forgot they have their diet plan going on and can't resist temptation and still want to feel rather clean.

 

WARNING THOUGH!

you may answer your nature's call more often since you'll pee and a lot (SORRY FOR THE LANGUAGE!)

This is because i asked you to drink tea thus cleaning your insides a bit.

 

 

THIS IS NOT A CLEANSE EITHER! SO TAKE THIS RECCOMMENDATION LIGHTLY AND TRY IT IF YOU'RE ONE OF THEM JUST LIKE ME! :D
