Normal POV

 

 

 

It was a clear night sky in Seoul. The air felt so warm that you could just fall asleep outside.

You could hear those sounds from the fans that's waiting for almost two hours for the

appearance of their idiols. For everyone, everything was perfect, except for a certain girl.

 

 

 

"Hey. President, you okay?" The girl named Eunjung asked when she noticed the girl beside

her seems anxious.

 

 

 

"Huh? Yeah... I was just.... lack of sleep.... due to excitement" The girl with a blonde hair

smiled awkwardly.

 

 

 

"You know, Pres. Me too... I'm too excited that I almost talk to my sister all night about the

Boys Generation" Eunjung giggled. Jessica just smile at her. It was really hard for Jessica to

be excited while her friend is somewhat in trouble.

 

 

 

Thirty days ago when she met Yul and starts yelling, shouting and cursing him. It was also

thirty days when she was used to it. Not that she liked it, but these has become her daily

routine. Everytime they're together she didn't felt alone. But now after Yul's cousin arrived,

everything's changed. He's not the Yul who used to annoy her anymore, not the Yul who

used to be there when she's all alone. He's now distancing himself from her, that made her

feel incomplete.

 

 

 

Jessica was in her deep thoughts when the lights turned off and the big screens on stage

starts to flash the faces of the member of the famous band, one by one. The fans go wild as

they shouted their biases.

 

 

 

"Here they are, PRES!! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!! KIM TAENG, SARANGHE!!" Jessica almost

punch the girl beside her because of its voice that almost cracks her eardrums. Then the

lights , the fans go wilder as they saw the five men holding their musical

instruments on the stage.

 

 

 

Jessica's gaze was focus only on one men, standing infront of the microphone while holding

his guitar. He leaned his lips to the microphone.

 

 

 

''Good evening, KOREA!'' He shouted making the fans roared to death just to be noticed.

Jessica couldn't help but to feel excited. She really wants to see her friend and if she has 

ever give a chance, she would like to talk to him.

 

 

 

''TAENGOO~!!!!'' the blonde girl screamed on top of her lungs, making the guy look at her.

He smiled at her making her heart jump a bit. The drums start to beats and everyone go

crazy humming the famous song.

 

 

 

After the band's last song. Jessica together with her classmates walking towards the exit

talking about how great their night was. Until they reached the bus stop.

 

 

 

 

Jessica's POV

 

 

 

''Pres, it was such a great night, right?'' asked Eunjung.

 

 

 

''Yeah.. very'' I smile at them before we bid good bye with each other. I walked at the back 

of the building hoping that Boys Generation will somehow exit here. I'm still hoping for a 

miracle that Taeng would magically appear infront of me. Until I gave up on waiting. 'There's

no luck for me this night' 

 

 

 

''Jung?'' I heard the monkey's voice from not so far. I turned my head to the side only to see

him standing beside me. My heart once again felt alive.

 

 

 

''What are you doing here?'' We both said in unison. Before bursting out into laugh. This is the

first time we laughed again with each other.

 

 

 

"I didn't know you're a fan too" I smirked, he chuckled.

 

 

 

''I'm betting you're waiting for them here, eh? What a stalker'' He shook his head.

 

 

 

''What's wrong on stalking? I'm not going to kill them. What are you doing here?'' I furrowed

my eyebrows. But that time, I really want to asked what happened to us. After that Yoon boy

arrived, he became different. He never talk to me if I didn't ask something on him.

 

 

 

''I was stalking you'' My eyes automatically widen. 'Eh?! Really?! Stalking me?! Winner!' >:)

 

 

 

''S-stupid! Be serious!" That's all I can say for I am lost with what he said.

 

 

 

"I am. When are you planning to go home?"

 

 

 

"I don't know. I'll j-just... wait a little longer" I really want to see Taeng. 

 

 

 

"Hmm... okay" He nodded and sat on the ground. I was a bit surprised.

 

 

 

"What are you doing? You can go home, you know?!" I yelled at him.

 

 

 

"Yeah.... or maybe I'll wait here with you" He smiled and patted the ground indicating me to

sit with him. I sat beside him.

 

 

 

"A-about" I hesitate to asked what happened between them and Yoong boy "Err... How are

you?" I looked at him.

 

 

 

"I'm doing just fine, why ask?" His face is blank.

 

 

 

"N-nothing... it's just that... you're not annoying me anymore"

 

 

 

He chuckled. "Wasn't that a relief?"

 

 

 

"It is... but I... I'm not... used to not yelling at you"

 

 

 

"Really?" He smiled. 'Oh crap, not the smile. It's dangerous'

 

 

 

"Yeah... I mean... It's my everyday routine to yell and curse you... What really happen?"

 

 

 

"Nothing. I was just planning to grow up.... like what you wanted me to be" He's looking up

the sky. This moment I realized how beautiful his eyes and how peaceful his face was.

 

 

 

"Stop staring... I told you so many times... If you'll just ask me.. I'll allow you to me

anytime" He chuckled.

 

 

 

"D-don't be ridiculous! I'm n-not staring at you, stupid!" I yelled. Damn! Why this stutter

stutter syndrome attacks me again. He chuckled again.

 

 

 

"There goes your yell and curse, happy now?" Now is my time to chuckle. This monkey is

really impossible. How could he annoy me and make me smile at the same time?

 

 

 

We sat there for about thirty minutes still no signs or shadows of Boys Generation. I think

there's really no luck for me this night.

 

 

 

"Let's go home?" He stood up and offered his hand. I was about to take it when someone

opened the door of the building. My heart was beating like drums when I saw him, Taeng,

he's looking at me.

 

 

 

He smile at me and said.  "Sica"  My heart move a bit calling by my nickname that only him

knows. A smile form on my lips.

 

 

 

"TaeTae~!♥" I hugged him, I can't be that hard to get anymore, it's Taeng anyway. Luckily,

he hugged me back. 'Thank God he still remember me'

 

 

 

"How are you, crybaby?" He mumbled on my shoulder because our height is not far from

each other, as he my back.

 

 

 

"Yah!! I'm not a crybaby anymore!" I whined and pouted like a kid.

 

 

 

"I know... but you're still whinny" He smirked.

 

 

 

"YAH! I'm not whinny!" I slapped him on his shoulder, like I used to do before when I got mad

at him.

 

 

 

"Obviously" He said in sarcastic.

 

 

 

"YAH!" I yelled. He chuckled. Just when a figure move at the corner of my eyes. I forgot that

Yul is beside me.

 

 

 

"Hey... monkey! Ha-ha-ha.. Did I told you already that Taeng is my childhood friend?" I asked

even if I know that I haven't told him yet.

 

 

 

"Annyeong haseyo, Kim Taeng imnida" Taeng bowed at Yul.

 

 

 

"Yul" Yul introduced his self informally and bowed. I can sense some awkward atmosphere

between us.

 

 

 

"Can we have some, you know.. Chitchat?... I miss talking with you" Taeng asked. I pressed

my lips together to prevent myself from screaming. 'He miss talking with me, everyone?

Can this be.... Could I be... his type of girl?'  >:)

 

 

 

"But we're going home already" Yul interrupt me from daydreaming. 'Seriously! This monkey

really knows how to ruin my day' T_T

 

 

 

"Oh.. Don't worry, bro. I'll send her home" Taeng smiled at Yul. I look at the monkey with 

pleading eyes asking for his permission.

 

 

 

"It's late" The monkey said in stern. Ahuhuhu. There goes my opportunity, bye bye. T_T

 

 

 

"Oops, my rudeness. Are you her boyfriend? I'm sorry.. I'm sorry" Taeng bowed.

 

 

 

"NOOOOOOO!" I screamed. Taeng look at me confused. "I m-mean, we're just friends" I

smiled awkwardly. "You monkey! Shoo!" I mouthed at Yul and shoot him my dagger glares.

 

 

 

"B-but.." He wasn't able to continue his words because I dragged him at the corner far from

Taeng.

 

 

 

I clasped my hands together. "Please~!"

 

 

 

"Jung, it's late already. Ma'am Robin might--"

 

 

 

"I'm begging you! Just for this night, let me do what I want to do... Please" I closed my eyes

for him to feel that I'm dead serious on begging. 'Gosh! This is really embarrassing'

 

 

 

"Do you really have to beg?" His voice sounds really sad. 

 

 

 

"If that's what makes you agree, why not?"

 

 

 

He made a deep sighed. "Promise me one thing first"

 

 

 

"What is it?" I raised an eyebrow at him.

 

 

 

He patted my head before cupping my face and kissed my forehead. "Take care of yourself"

 

 

 

I don't know why, but that moment... I felt uneasy... when he walked out on me.

 

 

************

 

 

Taeng and I decided to walk at the near park. It was a peaceful walk since his annoying fans

are gone already.

 

 

 

"How are you, Sica?" He asked breaking the silence.

 

 

 

"I'm fine... by the way. I'll graduate this year" I exclaimed happily. He chuckled. 'Honestly,

I'm doomed because of Yul' T_T

 

 

 

"What about you?" I asked. We both sat at the swing in the playground.

 

 

 

"I'm fine, too... and it's better now because I'm with you" He said while looking at the sky. I

pressed my lips together to prevent myself from screaming. Gosh! I nearly fell when he 

smiles at me.

 

 

 

"Taengoo-ah" I called, I was dead curious to ask him.

 

 

 

"Ne?"

 

 

 

"How did you know it was me?" He looked at me confused. "I m-mean, how can you still

remember me? 11 years has already passed. Many things have changed between us"

 

 

 

"Maybe... but I can still remember our promise" He smiled softly.

 

 

 

I tilted my head to the side. "We have so many promises. What did you remember among 

them?"

 

 

 

He chuckled. "About calling each other's nickname? And your blonde hair"

 

 

 

Flashback... (11yrs ago at Incheon Airport)

 

 

 

"Don't cry, Sica-ah" Taeng wiped my tear from the corner of my eyes using his thumb.

 

 

 

"How could I not?! You're leaving!!!! Soon, you'll forget about me" I sobbed hard.

 

 

 

"I won't" He smiled.

 

 

 

"I'll come back"

 

 

 

"When? How? What if you forget about me already?" I pouted.

 

 

 

"Like I said... I won't"

 

 

 

"B-but.."

 

 

 

"So when the time comes that I came back, and miracle happens that you still remember

me. I want you to shout my nickname" He smiled, the one that convince me to have faith in

him.

 

 

 

"But.. what if someone has already called you by that name? How'd you know it was me?

How'd you know it was Jessica Jung?" I whined.

 

 

 

"Then, let your hair remains.... blonde" He smiles again and my hair.

 

 

 

"Always remember that you're the only beautiful blonde girl I know"

 

 

End of Flashback...

 

 

 

"Gosh.. I can't believe it" I hugged him.

 

 

 

"Believe what?" He mumbles on my shoulder.

 

 

 

"That you still remember it... I was praying that you do... and then... you really do. I'm

happy that you're here, Taengoo-ah"

 

 

 

"Even if you're not the main reason why I'm here... I'm happy to see you too, Sica-ah"

 

 

 

I broke the hug. "Uhm... How long will you stay here?" I pouted.

 

 

 

"1 month... It was on our contract to model an specific dress company here in Seoul and also

make commercial advertisements"

 

 

 

"Really?.... You're so cool.. I'm too far from you now" I said with full of admiration.

 

 

 

"Says who? Babo. I'm still the Taeng who used to be your walking tissue before" He chuckled.

I giggled.

 

 

 

"Do you think we could see each other again?" I asked with full of hope.

 

 

 

"We'll surely will"

 

 

 

"Do you think we can make it? How about your manager and your annoying fans?" I pouted.

 

 

 

"We'll make it. I'll find a way... For now let's exchange numbers?" I nodded like a kid and took

my phone on my jacket. He chuckled.

 

 

 

"I'll drive you home. Aunt Robin might be worry about you and also your friend... Err, what's

his name again?... Yu... Yun?... Yu.."

 

 

 

"Yul" I whispered. My heart tighten as I remember the look on his face a while ago. He looks

really down but still able to smile at me. I felt guilty leaving him and go with Taeng. 'Is he

okay now?' Even though he's so evil at me. He's still my friend.

 

 

 

"Oh, right.. Yul it is? Let's go now, Sica-ah?" I nodded slowly but still not moving. I gesture

him a hand signaling to wait. I texted the monkey.

 

 

To: Demon Monkey

 

     Are you at your house already? 

 

 

 

I nodded at Taeng, he straighten his right arm and said. "After you" and smiled. I smiled and

walk ahead of him. My phone vibrates on my hand. I rushed to open the message.

 

 

 

From: Demon Monkey

 

     Yep.. Miss me already? :3

 

 

 

I chuckled at his overloaded confidence. 'Thank goodness, he's alright'

 

 

 

To: Demon Monkey

 

     Never! :P

 

 

 

Taeng opened the door of his car for me.

 

 

 

"Thank you" I said.

 

 

 

"Are you sure you're not hungry? We can eat first, I'll explain to Aunt Robin that we ate first

before going home" He started the engine.

 

 

 

"No, I'm still full. Besides your manager might be wondering where are you now"

 

 

 

"It's alright, manager oppa is kind and understanding person" He reassured.

 

 

 

"That's why you're abusing him!" I pointed my finger on his face. He chuckled.

 

 

 

"Yah! I'm driving, you know! Don't make me laugh" I chuckled before sitting properly, just

then my phone vibrates.
