I sit on the edge of Chief's desk as he paces back and forth. "So what do you want me to do? Find them, bring them back, then what?" I ask. He sneers. "As if you'd succeed in doing any of that." I roll my eyes. He's a real pain. I'm only here for the pay, I remind myself.  I stare at my nails. "I need to find tha foreigner girl." he says. I drop my hand. Her. She's the one that ruined everything. If I EVER saw her again I'd wring her little neck without any remorse. "I'd be more than happy to find her for you." I say. He stops pacing and looks back at me. "Wae? Into girls now too?" he asks. I sneer. "As if. Even if I was she's way off my radar." I say. Cheif laughs. "I'm sure that if we could've kept her for service here her ratings would've been higher than yours." he snickers. "I highly doubt that." I say back. "Besides, If I let you find her you might kill her on the spot." he adds. I shrug. That part was true. "Should I wait then?" I ask, looking at my nails once more. He comes over and places his hand on my leg. "Don't worry. She'd suffer way more here alive then dead and you'll be able to see her crumble bit by bit." he says. I want so desparately to push his hand away but I don't. He's my boss and I liked his proposition. "Fine." I agree, finally.

{EunGyul's P.O.V}

Almost a week goes by and I'm back to wondering about Joon. How was he? He couldn't be doing well after our last fight. I knew he needed his space and I was fine with giving it to him but the worrying just wouldn't stop. I came to the conclusion to meet up with the root of his problems. Rachel. I wait impatiently at the cafe, prepared to tell her off but when she comes bouncing happily I just can't bring myself to it. Not right away anyway. "What's up?" she asks. I close my eyes and take a deep breath. Don't let her you in. Don't let her you in. "Rache, you know I'm fond of you, right?" I ask her. She nods slowly. "And you know that Joon's my bestfriend, right?" I add. She exhales, obviously annoyed. " I'm not going to ask you anything personal about your new relationship, but can you be more discrete about it?" I ask her. She looks completely shocked. "Excuse me?" she asks. "Don't play dumb. You and Alex--" "Woah, woah, woah! Alex? He's like a brother to me! Why would I even think about dating him?" she asks. "Either way you're still the reason Joon can't recover! He hates seeing you two togehter!" I whisper. "Seriously? You're blaming me too?" she asks. I shrug. "Just keep it away from Joon." I tell her. She scoffs. "What a creative mind." she says. I frown. "Let me tell you something EunGyul." she begins leaning forward. "You're FRIEND doesn't want to be friends with me and I respected and accepted his decision. That, however, does NOT mean that I'll stop talking to the friends we share. If he has a problem he can tell me himself. He doesn't have to send you to tell me what to do with my life because I'm pretty sure I know, so you can tell LeeJoon to it up and get over it." she says. I'm shocked yet again. I've never seen her this way. "Look, it wasn't intended to upset you. You should try to understand. Put Hanuel in Joon's place. Wouldn't you do the same?" I ask her. She sighs. "Of course I would...maybe not like this but I'm just tired. Everyone's coming at me because of joon and it's really annoying." she says, looking down at the table. "Well ,he's been through a lot." I tell her. "Yeah, and putting yourself through more is the right way to go about the situatuon." she sneers. I look at her. "I'm sorry." she says, pushing a strand of curly hair out of her face. "It's just more than I can handle. I just don't know how to go about this." she says. "Things could change if you guys talked it out." I suggest. she smiles. "If only." she says. So she still has feelings for Joon. "Yeah, I just don't have feelings for him anymore. We have nothing to do with each other now." she adds. Lies. "Don't be a liar Rachel." I tell her. "Don't be annoying EunGyul. No is no. It'll change nothing." she sighs. I reach across the table and ruffle her hair. She hates that. "Hey!EunGyul!" she exclaims, quickly smoothing it down. I smile. "It'll change everything. You just have to take the first step." I tell her.
