Everyone in the band was in the basement including the visitor and Luhan was determined to show off his guitar playing skills to Tiffany. Channie,our tall goofy looking lead guitarist had no idea that Luhan had been acquainting himself with Ginny’s friend.

Kris took a deep breath because he had to keep his personal issues aside to lead the band, in a more professional manner. If he were to have it his way, he wouldn't even want to talk.    However,he knew he had to, considering he was the leader and all. Kris realized at this moment how difficult it was to be a leader of a band, you had to try to be cool and collected even when you were in turmoil.

Tiffany was trying to make herself comfortable while looking for chances to get closer to the tall angelic looking bassist. Ginny and Jongin were becoming relaxed with one another and they no longer had to send signals secretly, they were dating out in the open. Suddenly, Kris opened his mouth.

“Okay guys, we should get with the programme, we are gonna be performing at the club soon and we don’t want to humiliate ourselves now do we?” Everyone was amazed that Kris was talking, they didn’t expect this, going by what happened the other day.

While Kris was talking,both Lulu and Channie were trying their best to be noticed by Tiffany. Kris pointed at both of the guitarists. “You guys have to work extra harder than before,I am not gonna tolerate slackers today, understood?” Both the orange haired boy Luhan and brown curly haired dork Chanyeol, couldn’t believe their leader today, they didn’t think that the duizhang would be extra disciplinary.

“For now we will work on the song Middle by Jimmy Eat World.”

said the leader with a firm voice. Everyone answered diligently, “Okay, duizhang.” Kris enjoyed being called duizhang secretly by the band members because he loved having power and authority. He also wasn’t much of a talker but after joining this band he had to kind of make himself do just that.

The band was playing the song Middle and the two guitarists were doing everything to stand out in front of our beautiful guest. Tiffany was surprised to see Kris act so tough and that made her like him more, she had a thing for macho men. While Luhan and Chanyeol were doing crazy things to their guitar to catch Tiffany’s attention. Channie being the lead guitarist was pulling a Jimi Hendrix, like playing with his teeth and such. Luhan was being simple but yet he was swinging his shoulders while making his lips shaped like a fish’s mouth. The two guitarists were nodding their heads to the song they were playing.

As usual the vocalist,bassist,drummer and the keyboardist were doing their thing too, but they were being buried by the two obnoxious attention seeking guitarists. Tiffany couldn’t help but to laugh at the Jimi Hendrix wanna be and the cool rhythm guitarist.

The band just finished playing Middle and as soon as  they were done Tiffany was laughing. The basement was big enough for Tiffany to have a stool somewhat near the door and our female guest was happy because she was able to be near Kris more than the others. Kris usually stood near the door area of the basement.

“Wow, you guys are great, how long have both of you been playing?” Tiffany asked in an amused voice. The boys were trying to compete,of who would be able to tell Tiffany first. Channie raised his hand, shoving Luhan in the process. “I played ever since I was twelve years old.” Tiffany was surprised. “But, you can play like Jimi Hendrix? That’s incredible!” Luhan was sulking and murmuring to himself.

“Jimi Hendrix? Oh, please.” Tiffany complimented on Luhan too.  “Luhan, you did well too.” The morning deer opened his eyes wide due to excitement for the praise, “Oh really?”

Kris was getting irritated and wanted to get the practice over with. He didn’t appreciate Lulu and Channie goofing off in front of the guest. Moreover, Kris didn’t really like the fact that there was a random visitor at the band meeting. Kris said sternly. “Enough with the bullcrap, let’s get to work okay?” Luhan said feeling guilty. “Okay,captain.” Channie started pouting because he couldn’t impress the girl.

Ginny was giggling while holding on to the mike stand and she thought the boys were being goofy,she knew that they both liked her friend. She was surprised with Kris being a bit of an authoritarian. Lay and Jongin were slightly bored because they couldn’t get right to the next song that they should be practicing.

Tiffany couldn’t help but to stare at Kris’s cross earring on his left ear. Kris spoke again. “Okay, we are gonna practice one more song for today,it will be Cherry Bomb by the Runaways.”

“I am thinking about changing the set list a little bit...I think we should have more songs that were done by actual girl rockers. Let’s learn the chords to the song.” Kris said with much determination and he wanted to hear Ginny sing more girls song, so she could bring out her voice 100%. The duizhang was still interested in Ginny even when she was taken and he did little things to show that she was still significant to him. No matter what the situation may be.

The two guitarists were learning the chord for cherry bomb but still,they were bumping shoulders to taunt the other and showing off in front of Tiffany. Ginny on the other hand was practicing her vocals and she really loved the Runaways so she was quite happy that Kris chose this song for the setlist. Kris was gonna replace it with one of the other songs from the original setlist. The basement started to get warm while the band members were discussing about the setlist again.

“It’s getting toasty.” As Kai was fanning himself. He was wearing a skyblue hoodie with a skull on it but he took it off. Kai only had a black tank top on and it showed his beautiful arm muscles.

Ginny was pleasantly happy to see her boyfriend’s silky tanned skin and Tiffany looked towards Ginny, just smiling.

The two guitarists were learning the chords of the song, although Ginny didn’t really have to since she was already familiar with it. While Luhan and Channie were practicing the chords for Cherry Bomb, Ginny was working on her voice so she could try to sing like Cherie Currie from The Runaways. Kris couldn’t help staring at the rock princess working hard while Jongin caught the leader checking his girl out, and he didn’t like that at all.

Channie and Luhan put a lot of effort into their playing so they could impress Tiffany.Lay was observing the situation and wasn’t comfortable with it then he decided to speak up.

“We should give it our all during practice, so we’ll shine when the time comes.”

Lay usually didn’t speak much, he was more like a quiet leader in his heart. Our composer man realized how much he cared for this band and despite it only being close to a month. He was more of an observer and the way things have been for the last few days, he felt that if his band members didn’t get it together The P&B wouldn’t last long. From the first jam session Lay had a lot of heart for this band so he couldn’t help but to be concerned with minor problems.

Kris looked at everyone. “Okay, that’s enough for today,Just remember that we’ll be performing at that club soon.So, if you need extra practice, please feel free to take your instruments home. But I guess for you Kai...you have no other choice.”

Kris was bothered knowing that Kai and Ginny will be spending more alone time together.They have every right to be with each other, especially now since they were officially together.The duizhang was havi
