LIFE FROM MY EYES...

Life is a four letter word that contains everything- happiness, sorrow, success, failure, friendship, family, love, hate…and the lists can go on forever. For twenty seven years I wander around the Earth, leaving my footprints all over town, I learn the important lesson about life- it goes on. How much you wanted to stay, time flies without a second thought of waiting for you. Ready or not, the present becomes the past, future becomes your present and past served as part of your memory.

In all my life I’ve searched everywhere for a delete button. There’s something that I want to erase from my memory, banish it from my past. But, of course, my quest was to no avail. Because there’s no delete button. It’s simply doesn’t exist. And I guess each one of us was hoping for one. We’re always having a bad memory or a mistake that we want to undo. And we always have a little regret in the present time.

What if…

A very popular phrase that always slipped through our tongue when we’re feeling remorse about something that we’ve done in the past, a decision that we have made that resulted in the present. Is it a wise choice or just a faulty selection?

For me, the only what if that I came into my mind was…what if I live again…will I live the same way that I did right now? Do I want this life to be repeated or there’s something I want to change for the better? Or I just simply want to trade my life for anyone else. Someone who is rich so that I don’t have to think about money at all and spend it for everything that I ever wanted, or to be someone’s  famous so that I don’t have a time to feel lonely and invisible.

Or I can choose to be me. Again.

Someone who was just a normal guy, having to endure the ups and downs in life. Sometimes I feel miserable about being hated or disgraced. Having a hard time to finish my works. Dinners does not always been served on my table and sometimes I missed lunch.  Designers’ clothes or bags mean nothing to me, just a piece of fabric with a big printed brand name. I know how it’s like to be loved. I learnt about trust, about having a good company and being happy of littlest things. We don’t need a fortune to be happy. Sometimes when we see the face of someone we love, we can’t help of feeling blissful and there’s no other happiness that can replace that.

All I care about is to wake up every morning to see the beautiful sunrise and being thankful to be alive for another day and to sleep every night hoping that tomorrow, I will be given a chance to breathe again.

Live life to the fullest without having a tiniest bit of regret. If you want to do anything, just do it now, because who knows, tomorrow might not come.

We only have this one life. But if we do it right, once is enough.
