Chapter 9

 

All girl’s POV

 

Three months later

 

‘ Finally we have a week a break ’ Soo said happily

 

‘ We should do something outside Seoul ’ Fany said

 

‘ How about  Hawai? ’ Tae suggests

 

Soo happiness suddenly faded

 

‘ Hmm…maybe we can go to Japan instead ’ Yoong said quickly because YoongTae know that Hawai is the place where Soo asks Nana to be her girlfriend but Tae forget it.

 

‘ No, let’s go to Hawai ’ Soo smiles

 

‘ But tonight, let’s celebrate at the club ’ Sica said

 

At the club

 

SooTae’s POV

 

Everyone is drinking and dancing happily. Soo then notice that Sica disappear so she search Sica in the club. In a dark hallway, she saw Sica making out with a girl. Tears fall down and she quickly wiped it away. She then felt someone tap her shoulder and when she looks back she saw Tae standing there.

 

‘ Tae, what are you doing here? ’ Soo fake a smile

 

Tae sighs ‘ Soo, stop what you are doing with Sica. You will not love you back, you will just end up hurting yourself. Can you please wake up? ’

 

Soo looks at Sica ‘ Don’t worry Tae, I will wake up. Let’s go back to the girls ’ Soo then walks away

 

JeTi’s POV

 

After SooTae return to the table, Fany excuse herself for the washroom then saw Sica making out with a girl. She went toward them push them away.

 

‘ Fany, what are you doing? ’

 

‘ Come with me ’ Fany angrily drags Sica outside the alley

 

‘ Fany, let me go ’

 

‘ Talk ’

 

‘ What? ’

 

‘ What are you doing with this girl? ’

 

‘ We are just making out ’

 

‘ Then how about Soo? ’

 

‘ What about Soo? We are just friend ’

 

‘ You mean friend with benefit ’

 

‘ How do you know? ’

 

‘ It doesn’t matter how I know. Why you are doing this? You know Soo loves you that’s why she accept to be your friend with benefit but you just take advantage of her ’ Fany’s voice get louder

 

‘ I didn’t take advantage of Soo. We both are having fun together ’

 

‘ Have you ever love her ’

 

‘ ……………No ’

 

‘ Stop lying to yourself Jessica. What if one day, Soo leaves you and start a relationship with someone ’

 

‘ Then I will be happy for her ’

 

‘ Can you just stop lying to yourself ’ this time Fany yells

 

‘ …………….. ’

 

‘ Listen to me Sica, Soo is not like your one night stand. You are just scare that you will end up like your parents but if you don’t give a try, you won’t know what will happen ’

 

‘ Fany, I just need more time ’

 

Fany sighs ‘ What if Soo leaves you before you confess? ’

 

‘ She won’t ’

 

‘ How can you be so sure? ’

 

‘ …………… ’

 

‘ Think about it before is too late ’ With this Fany leave Sica alone in the alley

 

Fany’s POV

 

I’m so angry when I saw Sica making out with this girl. I know she loves Soo that’s why she proposed Soo to be her friend with benefit. Yes, I know but misunderstand it Tae didn’t tell me. I heard SooTae conversation that night. At first, I want to scold Sica for this but then I thought maybe Sica will realize her feeling for Soo. But when I saw her tonight, I really want to slap her. I hope she can be honest with herself before is too late.

 

SooSica’s POV

 

Sica went back beside Soo but Soo didn’t look at her.

 

‘ Soo, are you alright? ’

 

‘ Yes ’ she answer without looking at her

 

After a while, they went back home because they need to get ready for tomorrow trip. During the whole ride, Soo didn’t talk. When Sica talks to her she just answers with yes or no.

 

Inside the penthouse

 

‘ Soo, are you mad at me? ’

 

Soo looks at Sica and smiles ‘ No, why should I? ’

 

Soo’s POV

 

Right now, I’m so mad and angry. That is right, I should stop what we are doing. I now she will never return my feeling and I’m just wasting my time.

 

I try to ignore her but she always talks with me.

 

Inside the penthouse, she suddenly asks me if I’m mad at her. I really want to tell her yes but I didn’t. Who am I to get mad and jealous? We are nothing, we are just friend with benefit and nothing more.

 

So I fake a smile and asks her ‘ Why should I? ’

 

‘ I don’t know, you seem to ignore me ’

 

‘ No i’m not ’ I lie

 

‘ We should go pack our stuff for the trip ’ with this I went back into my room and start packing

 

After 30 minutes, I heard my door opens then Sica back hugs me. I slowly pull her arms away and turn to face her

 

‘ What are you doing here? ’ I ask

 

‘ Soo, I want you ’ she then kiss my lips

 

I want to push her away but I didn’t, instead I respond to her kiss.

 

Tonight will be the last night that I can make her mine…….After tonight, I will forget my feeling for her and we will be back to normal.

 

I slowly lay her on the bed and kiss her.

 

Sica, this will be the last that we can be that close and it will never happen again….

 

YoonYul’s POV

 

They packing happily

 

‘ Yul, have you go to Hawaii before? ’

 

‘ No, is my first time. I can’t wait. What about you? ’

 

‘ I went a few times with the girls for vacation. But this time is my happiest one ’

 

‘ Why? ’

 

‘ Because you are going with me ’ Yoong said

 

‘ I have a feeling that I’m taking advantage of you ’ Yul suddenly said

 

‘ Why you are saying this? ’

 

‘ Well you are the one who pay for everything. I suppose to be the one who take care of you and give you everything you need but now…… ’

 

Yoong puts a finger on Yul’s lips ‘ You are not taking advantage of me Yul. I know one day, you can provide me everything I need. I trust you ’

 

‘ You really think that ’

 

‘ Yes, the wife always trust her husband ’

 

‘ Yoong, no matter what I promise you that I will protect you and take care of you for my whole life ’ Yul hugs Yoong

 

‘ Don’t regret about what you said because I will stick with you for my whole life ’

 

‘ I will never regret about what I said. I love you so much ’

 

‘ I love you too. I can’t wait to have my first trip with you ’

 

‘ Me too. It will be a lot more romantic if we can have some fun time on the beach ’

 

‘ Yah~~~ert ’

 

‘ I mean is swimming and not this ’ Yul’s hand slowly went down but Yoong hold it.

 

‘ Not tonight, we need to get up early. ’

 

‘ Please Yoong, I’m not tired at all. You are not but I am ’

 

‘ You can sleep on the plane ’

 

‘ I….. ’ too late, Yul already pushes Yoong on the bed and climbs on top.

 

‘ Why you are never tired? ’ Yoong pouts

 

Yul smirks ‘ I’m never tired because you are my energy ’

 

TaeNy’s POV

 

‘ I can’t wait for tomorrow ’ Fany said happily

 

‘ Me too ’

 

‘ Have you book the hotel room ’

 

‘ Yes, but there’s two rooms with one bed and the other have two beds ’ Tae said

 

‘ We take the one with one bed ’ Fany said

 

‘ I’m sure Yul will fight for the second room ’ Tae chuckles

 

‘ Let’s go sleep, we need to get up early tomorrow ’ Fany said

 

‘ Hmm…where’s my goodnight kiss? ’

 

Fany chuckles then peck on Tae’s lips

 

‘ What? That’s all ’

 

‘ What do you want? ’

 

‘ At least kiss me for 5 minutes ’ Tae said

 

Fany giggles then share a 5 minutes kiss with Tae.

 

‘ Happy now? ’

 

‘ Yes, let’s sleep now ’ Tae jumps on the bed

 

The next day

 

Jessica’s POV

 

I open my eye then found that my bedside empty.

 

Where is Soo?

 

I slowly get out of the bed and look around the house but no Soo. I went into my room to get my clothes then I saw Soo sleepy on the bed.

 

I slowly went beside her

 

‘ Soo ’ I call her softly

 

She slowly opens her eyes

 

‘ Morning ’ I want to kiss her but she turns her head away

 

‘ Morning. What time is now? ’ she asks

 

‘ 6AM ’

 

‘ We need to get ready ’ she gets out of the bed

 

‘ Soo ’

 

She turns to face me with a smile ‘ Yes ’

 

‘ Why you are not sleeping and you are here in my room? ’

 

‘ Last night, I went to the bathroom then you take all the place on the bed that’s why I sleep here. Hurry up or we will be late ’ She walks away

 

All girl’s POV

 

After a few hours of flight, they finally arrive to Hawai. They went to check in at the hotel first.

 

‘ Here they key. We have two rooms with one bed and the other with two beds ’ Tae said

 

‘ We take the one bed ’ ‘ We take the two beds ’ SooRi said together

 

Tae then gives the two beds room to SooSica.

 

SooSica’s POV

 

They are unpacking silently after a while Soo finish ‘ Sica, I’ll go for a walk. Could you tell the girls? ’

 

‘ I’ll go with you ’ Sica said

 

‘ No, stay with the girl I want to be alone ’ Soo smiles

 

‘ But…. ’

 

‘ Don’t worry, is not the first time I come here ’ with this Soo leave the room

 

Soo’s POV

 

Unconsciously, I walk in front of the tree that my name and Nana’s name engrave on it.

 

* Flashback *

 

Two years ago

 

I went to Hawai with Nana and we walk side by side then I stop in front of the tree.

 

‘ Nana, will you be my girlfriend? ’

 

Nana nods happily and I hug her

 

I slowly put the couple ring on her finger.

 

‘ From now on, you are mine. Don’t ever try to walk away from me ’

 

‘ What if I walk away? ’

 

‘ I will wait for you ’

 

‘ What if I don’t come back? ’

 

‘ I know you will come back to me ’ I smile

 

I take out a knife

 

‘ Soo what are you doing? ’

 

I smiles then engrave our names with a heart on the tree.

 

‘ What if people see it? ’

 

‘ Then let them. I want the whole world to know that you are mine ’

 

Nana chuckles ‘ Childish ’ then she kisses me on the lips

 

* Flashback end *

 

I touch the tree and smile

 

‘ You are really not coming back? Why I always end up hurting? First you then Jessica. ’

 

I sit down beside the tree and put the ring on my hand

 

‘ I’m so stupid to believe that you will come back to me ’ tears fall down

 

‘ Now, I have to let you go and also Jessica. I will try to start a new relationship and forget both of you. But I don’t know if I can do it, especially you Nana. But I will try ’

 

I put the ring back on my neck and walk back to the hotel restaurant.

 

All girl’s POV

 

‘ Soo, where are you going? ’ Tae asks worriedly

 

Soo chuckles ‘ Relax, I went somewhere. Can we eat now, I’m hungry ’

 

‘ I already order something for you ’ Sica said then gives me the plate

 

‘ Thank you Sica ’

 

‘ Soo, you should come swimming with us ’ Yul said

 

‘ Yes, the beach is so beautiful ’ Fany said

 

‘ We can go tomorrow ’ Soo said

 

‘ Soo, are you alright? ’ Yoong asks worriedly

 

‘ I’m fine ’ Soo smiles

 

After diner, they went back to their room.
