Chapter Five: A Favor To Ask

I walked to my classroom's door, when suddenly, someone called me.

"Hey, Kibum."

I turned around and saw Jessica.

I walked to her. "What's up?"

She just stared at me, with her hands fold on her chest.

".............................?" 

"I need you to do me a favor." Jessica then spoke.

"Favor?"

She nodded. "You're Kim Heechul's neighbor, right?"

"Yeah, why?"

She looked away. "I want you to ask him if....... He still knows me.."

"If he still knows you?"

She nodded and put her arms in her sideways and looked down. "Just tell him that, or else you'll face death!" She ran away.

"Okay then..." I said and went to the classroom.

Hm, 'if he still knows me'. What does that mean? And by the way, Heechul is my neighbor. Also from Tae Sung High, but is in Class C-12. He's really popular and a good athlete. He's also funny. I rarely talk to him now.

"MR. KIM!" My teacher, Ms. Lee, said.

"A-Ah, Ms. Lee." I was shocked.

"What are you doing, daydreaming in my class?" She said glaring at me.

Ms. Lee had always been the scary, strict teacher.

"N-No, mam. I was..." I looked at the blackboard. "Thinking of the problem to be solved."

She looked defeated. "F-Fine then." She walked back to the blackboard, then continued the lesson.

Heh, I'm pretty smart, eh?

After school, I went home, since Donghae was already 'at home', and Yuri practicing for her swimming competition. 

I then past Heechul's home.

I sighed and walked to the door. I rang the bell.

Mrs. Kim, Heechul's mother opened the door. "Kibum? What brings you here?" She smiled.

"Um, I'm looking for Heechul, Mrs. Kim."

"Oh, I see." She called Heechul.

"What is it?" Heechul asked.

"Kibum wants to see you." She left us.

"Ah, Kibum. What's up?" He grinned.

"Well, do you know Jung Su Yeon?"

"......... No, why?"

What, he doesn't know her?

"W-Well, she wants to ask you that... If you still know her."

"I don't know her." He quickly said.

"T-Then, I guess I'll be going now. See you later."

He waved goodbye to me and closed the door.

I don't understand. If Heechul doesn't even know Jessica, then why did she asked him that? Sigh, what a complicated life.

Then, I heard my cellphone ring. "Hello?" I answered.

"Hey, Kibum." A familiar voice said.

"Who's this?"

"Jessica. What did Heechul say?"

"WAIT, how did you know my number?!"

I heard her sigh. "From Yuri! Now, what did Heechul say?!"

"Oh. Well..... he said he doesn't know you."

She immediately hunged up.

"Hello?" I asked, but she really hunged up.

I walked home, seeing a girl in the door.

She turned around and it was Seohyun.
