Words 2.
Sunshine to MoonlightLove was such an ancient concept. It was a fairy tale, a legend passed on from generation to generation. You'd think by now, we would have learned a thing or two. But the record remains; it's just a myth, tantalising us from a mountain we could not climb or a river we could not cross.
Well, you might ask what holds us back? What draws us together and what keeps us apart?
The answers, I'm not quite certain of. Perhaps it were a combination of all the reasons why it never became more than just a story. The wrong place; too close or too far, at the wrong time; too soon or too slow. Pride, the stubbornness of human nature, chains us to the ground where we could never leave.
Why can't it be simple? Two people can come together, help each other climb the mountain of struggles, work together to build a bridge over a river of regrets.
Don't be stupid.
You don't know love.
