The Father's Secret Deed
Yoon Bomi's World| an excuse for my abstain in this story updates :(
She hates the sleepless night like this; when she can’t really close her eyes even after countless sheep she imagined to drive her to sleep, because then he will stay awake to accompany her until sleepiness takes her.
The problem is, he is tired enough to even open one eye. They may not meet poverty in life but dance instructor can’t be classified as an easy job. And his schedule is always full from Sunday to Saturday—but he’s still willing to hum softly beside her.
“Okay, I’m sleepy now.” Bomi murmurs, trying to close her eyes as Hoya’s sweet tune still ringing in her ears. She can’t let herself being another burden to him, no, he already has many.
“Really?”
Bomi doesn’t answer, pretend to be asleep.
“Sleepy person doesn’t admit that she is sleepy, Bomi-ah.” Hoya’s light chuckles fly from his mouth, and that just makes Bomi feeling more guilty.
“Sleep oppa. Just sleep.” Bomi whispers, shuts her eyes tighter.
Instead of verbal answer, she feels his arms sneaking into her waist, back hugging her. He kisses her head affectionately and enjoys the remaining scent of shampoo she used for shower last time.
“And why our Bomi can’t sleep again?” In a hush tone, he asks teasingly.
Bomi gives no response, she is determined to act like in a deep slumber now when a sweet “Jagi~” calling her, and then she fails.
“Fine, argh!” Bomi snaps. She turns her body and makes them face to face on the bed now. “I still can’t sleep.” Her adorable pout shown on her face.
Hoya just staring at her in delight. He gives her a look to continue with her story.
“I don’t know if our Sungjong already is able to fall in love, but when I picked him up from school last time he said good bye to Hayoung in such intimate, wait, you know Hayoung right?”
“Nam little princess?” Hoya smiles as a picture of his best friend, Nam Woohyun with his wife, Park Chorong and his daughter, Nam Hayoung comes in mind.
“Yup! Anyway, he kissed Hayoung’s forehead before they parted! Aigoo, can you believe that, oppa?” Now Bomi’s tone slightly rising due to her excitement.
“What’s wrong with that?” Hoya gradually lifts his eyebrows.
Bomi pouts, then attacks him with one pinch on his hip. “He’s only 5, they are only in kindergarten, for God’s sake oppa!”
Hoya always finds his wife so attractive when animatedly exaggerating her opinion. She’s so cute. He just sends her a smile before turning into a teasing smirk.
“You kissed me even when you were 4—ouch!”
He yelps, another pinch attack on his hip and (believe me) her pinch hurts more from the previous one. Narrowing her eyes, Bomi throws him a scowling glare.
“I didn’t kiss you, oppa! The floor was slippery and you held me back for not falling, but ended up we both falling together, you on your back and I was on top you,”
“Kissed my lips.”
“Yah oppa!”
“Oh, I get an idea. How about we reenact that scene now?” Hoya winks, suddenly changing her voice into seductive one. He inches closer until their breath sweeps each other lips simultaneously.
“Sleep, oppa.”
“Aye aye, ma’am.”
