Surprise!
Summer Wedding
Jessica's POV
The next day Amber left without even telling me. 'Stupid Am! He forgot about me! And he even asked me out last night!'
I then walk to the kitchen to eat breakfast when I noticed a plate filled with bacon, eggs and french toast beside it was a glass of orange juice and a piece of paper, i walked towards it and read it
"Meet me at the mall around 12, i'll be waiting Jessica"
I look at the clock '10:23 huh better get ready after eating' i sat down and ate my breakfast
I was now done with shower and fixing myself when I look again at the clock '11:45' i nod then realized i was gonna be late
"!"
I took my phone and wallet then place it on my purse and look at the mirror one last time satisfied with my clothes and stormed off and call a cab then texted Amber
'I'm on my way Dork!'
I look at the window as I wait for his reply thinking what made him do this, then my phone sounded and I read his text
'Great, I'll wait outside of the mall entrance'
When I got there I was searching for him but could find him, i called him
"Where are you!"
I heard him chuckle
"Wanna know where I am?"
"Yes! You ask me to go out with you! But you left me and doesn't show his face!"
Another chuckle from him
"Then turn around Sica"
I turn around and saw Amber with a bouquet 'this must be a dream! No way!!' He walk closer and gave me the bouquet, he the looked at me from head to toe
"Looking great Sica"
He then smiled, his voice snapped me back to reality. I then put on a straight face
"I always look great!"
He chuckles while nodding
"True, now lets get going. Lets get some lunch first then go shopping"
I blink in confusion
"What for?"
"Its a secret"
"Yah!"
After eating lunch, we started shopping. We head from store to store and end each time we head out the shopping bags increase
"Sica, can we sit for a bit?"
I blink while looking at him, 'ohhhh, i forgot about Amber' i nod and look somewhere to sit and found a bench and drag him
"Woo"
Amber said while he sat down
"How's the shopping going so far?"
He said with a smile, i smiled back
"I think I had enough for today"
He nods and look at his wrist watch
"Shall we get some dinner? Its almost 7"
I blink then look at my phone, its true. We've been shopping for more than 5 hours!
I nod in agreement
"Lets go somewhere"
I realized that Amber was spending everything
"Can we just eat at home?"
He blinks then nods
"Sure, lets go"
We went outside the mall and call a cab and went home.
I watch tv while Amber make dinner, it smiles good i mean really good 'Soojung you are lucky to have a man who treats you this good, I really envy you this time'
"Sica! Dinners ready!"
I head to the kitchen and saw cake and pasta, i quickly turn to Am
"Surprise! Happy Birthday Jessica Sooyoen Jung!"
I got totally surprised then he pulled out a box with a necklace inside it
"Like it?"
I was smiling and so happy when i nod
"Its beautiful"
He then put it on me
After that he sang when the candle has been lit
"Dork!"
He chuckles as he slice the cake
"Whatever you say Sica"
We ate while messing with each other 'this is the best birthday I ever had. To have spend a whole day with the love of my life. Thank you Amber'
"Thanks Amber"
He nod with a smile
"No problem Sica"
