Jessica's POV
It was already dark when we drove off, then when I Amber stopped I got shock when I saw the place.
"What are we doing here Amber?"
He look back and raised his brows
"Going to stay here for a while"
He grab my hand and enter in
"Welcome to Victoria's pent, do you have any reservations Sir?"
"May I speak to Victoria? Tell her its Amber"
The girl nods and made a phone call, Amber's face changed he didn't show any emotion whatsoever, like he's a robot
"Uhmm Sir, you may proceed. Miss Victoria is on the penthouse"
She then gave cards to both of us
"Have a nice stay Sir, Ma'am"
When we got there, I saw a young woman who was standing. She ran toward us and hug Amber tight 'was she one of his exes?' She then kiss his forehead 'i wish I could kiss him too'
"How are you Yiyun?"
He forced a smile
"I'm fine, can we stay here for a while?"
She smiled softly
"Anything for my favorite little brother"
'Brother? If I remember correctly Amber was an only child' she then look at me
"Who might you be miss?"
Amber squeeze my hand
"She's a friend of mine Noona, she will be staying here with me for a while"
She nods, then head to the elevator passing me
"Take care of him for me"
I heard her which got me surprised
"I'll leave you two alone then, I'll send you guys some clothes to wear"
Amber head to the couch and slouched
"You take the Sica"
"The bed is big enough Am"
He looked at me
"Don't worry i'll be fine"
I grab his hand and pulled him
"Come on please"
He blinked then sighed
"Alright alright you win"
He stood up then head to the phone
"I'm gonna order us something to eat, what would you like?"
"Anything will do as long as there wont be any cucumber on it"
He nods and call
"Two special menu please, make sure there is no cucumber on it. My room is the penthouse"
He hang up and head to the bar, and pour some tequila
"Amber. Don't drink"
He just smiled then drink it
"Sorry Jess but I need this for a while"
He poured another one and drank it quickly, poured again and walk outside to the terrace, i followed him to make sure he doesn't do anything stupid
"Am, come back inside its cold outside"
He looked back to me and I saw sadness and pain in his eyes, he faked a smile again
"You're right"
I turn around and walked inside again and sat on the couch and continue drinking
After two hours passed Amber is totally wasted, good thing he lie down on the bed before passing out
"I'd do anything to bring back those dorking smile of yours Amber"
I was about to head to the couch and sleep there when I heard sobbing sounds I look at Amber he was crying
"Why? Why Krys? Why?"
He was on his side while he cries
"Did I do something to you?"
I never saw Amber cry this hard
"I love you Krys. I love you.."
I didn't know what to do. My body moved on its on and lie beside him and back hugged him
The next day when I woke up, I was alone on the bed, then i head to the kitchen to make breakfast but I saw food on the table with a note and credit card
"Here's breakfast, eat it all up. I'll be back around 5 or something so go shopping for your clothes don't worry about it. Just buy whatever you want"
I took the card and look at it 'wow its platinum!' Then finished the note
"P.s you snore Jess"
I blinked
"You are Dead AMBER!!"
I felt my face turn hot from anger or embarrassment, i don't know!!
"You are so dead dork!"
I sighed but then smiled and ate the breakfast Amber made
