I just really wanted to share the water diet plan with you!!
I'm doing it right now but I suggest you don't do any hardcore exercises but light yoga for 30 minutes to 1 hour would be great with it!!!
Okay today you must consume
8 glasses of water (Drinking more then that is good too.)
Today you consume mostly apples but also a bit of other fruits. If possible eat melons as the other fruits because they are low in calories and healthy.
So eat about 80% apples and organic apple juice and 20% other fruit.
Don't starve yourself you will feel dizzy. Make sure you eat every hour and in between too.
You MUST DRINK WATER!!!!! This is really important!!! It isn't called the water diet for nothing.
Plus don't expect to lose weight straight away!!
This goes for 5 days but you have a different diet plan each day so look out for my updates!!!

Tip of the week
