Okay I will update right away!!!
Okay today you need to consume only vegetables and water.
Today you eat about 60% carrots and the rest vegetables (potatoes are allowed but no more than 5).
2 Litres of water!!! It is better if you ice the water!
If you hate eating carrots as a soild you can extract juice from it in a juicer if you have it, if you don't you can boild the carrots.
You can eat anything but my buget was limited so.... I ate
Snow peas, broccoli, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers and carrots. ( They were on sale!!! >_< so ASIAN!!!)
Eat only vegetables!!!!!!
