Kai, Krystal, Sehun, and Sulli are best friends. They are in 2nd grade at Elementary School. But, that time,Krystal have to move to America because of her parents.

When Krystal was in America, she got an accident and she was dying. Her parents was so panic. She lost so many blood. And Krystal's blood are not easy to find, because its AB+.

Then, a man came to helped Krystal. He's blood was AB+. Because Krystal's parents was so panic, they not checked that man blood.

After 5 years, Krystal came back to Korea. She's in the same school as Sulli,Kai and Sehun. Kai, one of Krystal's best friends, actually likes Krystal. But he has no confident to confess her. Then, one day, Krystal health was so bad. She always got sick. She always went to the hospital.

One day, Sehun and Sulli heard the conversation of Doctor and Krystal's mom. They were shocked when they knew that Krystal got a HIV virus from the blood that was donated for her when she was little in the accident.

How will the Love Story of Kai and Krystal? And How is the friendship between them all?
