Kim Myungsoo:
Talented musician and painter.
Studied at Woolim High but dropped to being home schooled instead.
Cries over his mother's death and hate his stepmother.
Cold but actually soft and protective of things he love.


Lee Jaehyun:
Study at Yonder High.
Very bubbly, optimistic and compassionate.
Volunteer at an old folks' home everyday after school.
Very good at singing.
Richer than the average citizens has a loving family consisting of Father, Mother and a younger brother.
Lives one street away from Myungsoo


Lee Jong Jae:
Jaehyun's brother who absolutely adore Myungsoo.
Loves his sister alot
Plays the clarinet.

Mother(Mrs Kim Soo Min):
Fins more about her as the story progress.

Stepmother(Ms Park Yin Rin):
Mean and scheming.
Infatuated with money and power.
Real motive of marrying Mr Kim is his money and power.
Hates Myungsoo as he isn't her real son.

Mr Kim (Father):
Tried to find new love after losing his wife.
Truly loved Park Yin Rin

Still loves Myungsoo but always listen to his second wife instead.
