Chapter 16
Addicted to you
It was 7 oclock in the evening when they arrived back in busan. When they went
in the house they saw one familiar face.
"Heechul oppa! what are you doing here, when did you get here?" She ran to him
and gave him a hug. Heechul hugged her back too. When they let go of the hugged, she
turned his head towards Jonghyun who was confused.
"Im Kim Heechul, I'm a friend of Yoona" He introduced himself and shook hand with him.
"Lee Jonghyun" He introduce himself
"It's good your finally back" His grandmother greeted them.
"Hes been waiting here for a long time"
"Mianhae Halmoni if i disturbed you, I haven't seen Yoona in a while, thats why i
decided to come here and visit her as soon as i arrived.
"Don't worry about it" Jonghyuns halmoni said
"Stay here for lunch" She then looked at Jonghyun
"May be you should get changed" He looked at her first before nodding his head
"Wheres Seohyun and Hyung?" Jonghyun asked
"They went out to buy chicken for lunch"
Jonghyun went up the stairs, And his halmoni went to the kitchen. That's when
Yoona and Heechul started talking
"Do you have anything for me?" She grinned at him
Heechul laughed and gave her chichis
She grinned at him again
"Your really nice you know, thanks" Heechul laughed again
"Our branch will open next friday. You can come with me if you want. My cousin
has a house near the shop. Hes the one who will manage the motor shop in
Gangman, so we can stay there.
She didn't answer straight away. Somehow, the thought of leaving Jonghyun
and his family saddened her. They were like her real family. But she knew this
day would come, and had to leave. Maybe , it might as well be
sooner.
"I smell something fishy, did something happen between you and Jonghyun?" He
asked wispering
"Ani nothing yet... i mean nothing"
"Pssh and you had to deny it!" They both laughed. When she glanced at Jonghyun
who was walking down the stairs. He had a solem face on
"He looks like his jealous, Your being illosional again Yoona.
"Hes looking at me with death threats all over his face!" Heechul raised his eyesbrows
at Jonghyun which made him look confuse.
"Dude" Heechul stood up and faced Jonghyun.
"Thanks for letting Yoona stay with you, she doesn't even have any relatives living here
Jonghyun nodded and sat on the sofa opposite Yoona.
"Yoona looks like i can trust her." He answered shortly while looking at Yoona.
"I know she told you why shes hiding"
"She doesnt want to get married with the fish face" They both laughed
"Imagine if you have a baby with him, your baby will look like a fish" Heechul said while laughing
"I feel so bad about the baby!"
Yoona pushed Heechul on the shoulder. He push him back too.
"Monkey!"
"DEER!"
They both burst out laughing again
"I'm sorry Jonghyun, we are always like this when we are together"
"It's ok, I'm use to Yoona being like that"
Heechul looked at Jonghyun with a serious expression. Jonghyun looked at him back.
"So, our motor shop will open next week. And I already have a house here. If it's ok,
I would like Yoona to come with me"
He automatically looked at Yoona with questioning look in his eyes. She didn't
know what to say.
Few moments later the door swung open with Seohyun and his dad. Yoona nearly
clapped her hands
"Saved by the door"
"Hi Yoona unnie!" Seohyun greeted Yoona cheerfully and gave her a peck on the cheeks.
She was like a older sister to Seohyun.
"Hi, Yoona, dude, Jonghyun" Hyunyoung greeted everyone. He already introduce
himself to Heechul before they left.
"I'm hungry, Seohyun ah , go wash your hands" He said to her daughter, who
then went straight to kitchen.
"Let's eat guys"
Nikki was overwhelmed by the presence of the men in the room. They were tall, hard
and lean, handsome.
"Are you Yoonas boyfriend Heechul shi?"
"Aah!, Your boyfriend is handsome unnie!" Seohyun teased
"Aniyo halmonie, we are just best friends"
"Aaah chinchia?. Well sometimes bestfriends can become something more you know" Halmoni
teased too
"Right Jonghyun?" His halmoni looked at him
"Yeah your right, and sometimes enemies too, right?" Jonghyun looked at Yoona.
Hyunyoung and Heechul was trying to hold back their laughter."
"But i dont like guys who likes girls alot. Gentleman but abit cheeky. Just not playbloy.
"Yes, your right" The granmother agreed with her.
"Unnie, appa can be gentleman and cheeky, is he your type?" Seohyun asked innocently.
"Seohyun!" his dad told her off laughing.
Heechul on the other hand was enjoying himself with the family.
"Jonghyun ahjussi is gentleman and cheeky but playboy too. Nevermind unnie!"
"Yep" Yoona agreed with her. She looked a Jonghyun and their eyes met. He was
smiling but there was something in his eyes she couldn't put a finger on.
After having lunch. Heechul and Hyunyoung decided to talk to each other. Seohyun
was send uptairs to her room to take a shower. Jonghyun made his halmoni rest. Jonghyun
and Yoona was the only left in the kitchen to clean up.Yoona was washing, Jonghyun was drying
the plates. Both of them were in silence.
"Are you going with... your friend?" He asked while drying the last plate. He had a sad
face and couldn't say Heechuls name.
"What does that mean... hmmmmm"
"I don't know" She answered, The truth is she was confused. She still want to
stay with them but shes scared that she might like him more. And if she stays longer,
she might find it hard to leave .
After they washed up. Jonghyun pulled her to her room , next to the kitchen and
close the door. The room was small but it was nice and clean because it was the
guest room. They have 5 bedrooms in the house. 4 uptairs and 1 downstairs.
"Do you want to go with him, Yoona?" He asked again, looking straight at her.
Yoona sat down on her bed and looked up at him.
"It's not that i don't want to, but, everything is becoming more complicated. I'm confused"
"So you'l just leave, You want to leave us?" he said
"I can do what Heechul can do. If you want , I'll talk to your mother. Just tell me."
She facepalmed her face.
"Don't worry about my life problems, okay? i can take care of myself."
"Then stay" he said
"Stay with me. Please..."
She closed her eyes, she didn't want to look at Jonghyun who had pleading eyes.
"Damn! How can i say no when he looks at me like that?"
She felt him knelt down infront of her. And laid his hands on top of her knees.
"Yoona?"
She took a deep breath, before answering
"Okay, I'll stay. For now"
She could see the relief expression on his face.
"Thank you" He sid smiling at her, She smiled back at him. Jonghyun stood up from his knees
and they both went out of the room.
