Okay, I know this sounds like an overused plot in a cliche fanfic, but this is really happening to me. If anything, I should be the one who rolls my eyes at this ridiculousness. Apparently, our grandfathers are the tightest of friends since they were born. They want to see their eldest grandchildren to be married to each other before they depart from this life. Well, my grandfather still seems healthy as an ox, but Chanyeol’s grandfather falls sick often. Chanyeol did warn me that his grandfather might be acting sometimes.

Anyways, sixty days back from this fateful day, I have made multiple attempts to make this day not happening.

1. Ran away from home.

After the third day staying at a sauna, I ran out of money and had to head home anyways.

2. Threw a tantrum.

My father raised his voice for the first time in my life. It was so scary that I swear not to make him angry again.

3. Asked a male friend to act as my boyfriend.

He told me that unless I could pay him with a brand new motorbike, he would not do it and let the whole school knew that we were dating so that didn’t work either.

4. Hire a lawyer to get me out of this situation.

Since I am a minor, I had to earn parental consent before hiring one. And the lawyer laughed at my situation. Damn.

5. Fake a sickness the day before my wedding.

Obviously, this plan failed the moment my mother wanted to take me to the hospital.

Apparently, all my efforts had come to failure. So here I am in my wedding photoshoot.

“Smile, darling.” My mother urges. No. Not in a thousand years. I am not going to smile in this freaking cursed wedding photoshoot with a husband I don’t want. I am not a six year old on her kindergarten graduation day. I turn to look at Chanyeol and he doesn’t look any better. I could hear the photographer sighs, but I cannot give up just yet. I’m going to fight against this injustice with all my might, until the last drop of my blood.
