Silent fills the ward room.. Only breath of two young brothers can be heard. No one ever thought to neither make a move nor utter a word. Impatient with the awkwardness, younger twin walk to the door. Perhaps leaving?

Did kwangmin trying to leave again? I should prevent him from leave. We should talk. Even I don’t know if there anything for me to explain...

Older twin approach his baby brother to prevent him from leaving..

‘Click’, sound of door been locked..Kwangmin turn his back makes youngmin startled and stop his move..

“Kwang...”

Kwangmin ignore youngmin’s call and keep approach youngmin make the older twin back off frightened with his fierce look..

“Arck...”, older twin yelp realizing his back touch the cold wall

“Kwang…wae…”, now youngmin trap between kwangmin’s two arm..Youngmin start breath heavily and break into cold sweat wait his fate on kwangmin’s hand

“Young…”, kwangmin utter youngmin’s name still with straight face

“Huh…”

“Why did you do this to me? Why???!”, kwangmin shout

“What. Do you mean…”, youngmin dumbfounded for sudden question

“Why? Every time I come to you, I can’t escape from watching hateful scene in front of me... do you really wanna see me gone wild and crazy??”

“What do you mean? I don’t understand..”

“Cut the crap! Can’t you see my feeling? Stop pretending!”, kwangmin hit the wall with his fist

“Kwangmin! Don’t hurt yourself.. We can talk”, youngmin put his hand around kwangmin’s shoulder stopping him from hitting the wall

Kwangmin’s hand reach youngmin’s head make youngmin push him naturally. But he too weak to defeat kwangmin

“Kwangmin..Let me go..”, youngmin pleading with low voice and unsteady breath

I can’t control my feeling anymore.. I know I should not scare him off in this state. But I’m sorry youngmin.. I approach youngmin’s lips intend to kiss him but…

My vision blur.. I saw the glimpse of kwangmin approaching my face to kiss me.. Why you doing this to me kwangmin...why you ruin our relationship.. This is too hard for me… my head hurt so much. My chest suffocated. To let God determine my fate, I closed my eyes. Not realizing that I’m closing my eyes forever..

(At hospital’s park)

“Yah let me go.. Stop dragging me along”, kai trying to release Chen’s grip

“Aish! I just help you, kai! At least be thankful”, Chen disappoint with kai’s attitude

“I’m not doing anything wrong.. Furthermore, who ask your help?”

“Chincha..Hey you might not notice this but kwangmin could kill you if I’m not helping!”

Expecting shock and apologize look of kai, kai just smirked enough to make Chen boiled up

“Yah! What’s wrong with you? I just said kwangmin could kill you after you trying to kiss his brother!”, Chen can’t help to shout

“Yah! We’re in public!”, kai covered Chen’s mouth with his hand

“aaa! Why you biting my hand?”, kai release his hand on Chen’s mouth..Chen just laughs for his victory

“Who ask you to cover my mouth”, Chen smirked enough to make kai’s annoyed

“Cut the crap..Why you are here?”

“Playing. Don’t you know this is playground!”, Chen mocking

“Chincha..”

“Hahaha..Kai kai..What an obvious question. This is hospital. Of course I’m visiting you.. You really don’t know how to thank people..You make my heart hurt. Sob sob”, Chen fakes making sad look

“Stop it chen..You just boring stay at dorm alone since both of us don’t have any schedule for this week..”

“Haha..Let just stop. By the way, I’m curious about two things.. First, why kwangmin so mad and make a scary look? And second, what are you trying to do just now? “, asked Chen

“Hmm..First, I don’t know what wrong with him.. Perhaps having brother complex.. Who knows..? And second, I don’t know either what wrong with me.. I think. I like youngmin..”, kai confessed

“I can tell by the way you look at him. But its scare me enough since kwangmin also look at youngmin like that…

Inside the ward room

Kwangmin check youngmin’s pulse. Too much his surprise, youngmin has no pulse

“Youngmin, open your eyes! Don’t leave me!”, kwangmin shaking youngmin’s body. But still no response..Kwangmin press emergency button next to youngmin’s bed and run back to youngmin’s side, starting give CPR..At first, kwangmin compress youngmin’s chest hard and fast but still no response. Last choice, kwangmin give mouth to mouth rescue breath to youngmin praying he can regain his conscious

‘Please breath youngmin’, kwangmin pray in his head. Doctor came after a few minute

“Let me take him from here”, said the doctor while helping the nurse bring youngmin to emergency room

“Doctor please helps me..Save my twin”, kwangmin crying

“Please wait outside first. Let doctor check him..”, the nurse trying to persuade kwangmin leaving the room while doctor busy checking youngmin’s pulse. Too much surprise, youngmin having cardiac arrest.. His lose consciousness and has no pulse. Doctor didn’t predict this will happen since youngmin’s condition getting better day by day..

“Nurse, prepare AED!

After an hour struggling saving youngmin’s life, doctor comes out from emergency room

“Doctor, how he is?”, kwangmin approaching doctor

“Fortunately we manage prevent him from die”, said the doctor

“What do you mean by die??”, kwangmin can’t accept harsh word from doctor

“Follow me”, instead of explaining, doctor asks kwangmin to come to his office

Inside doctor’s office

“Kwangmin, have a sit”

“What going on doctor? Why he stop breathing?? What do you mean by die??”

“Calm down.. As you know before, youngmin been hospitalized for heart attack.. And just now he’s having cardiac arrest.. It can happen during heart attack or during recovery from heart attack. But I didn’t expect this would come since his condition getting better.. This is my mistake for taking light.. But what you did before we arrived have saving youngmin’s life. If you didn’t give youngmin emergency treatment, we can’t save him..”, doctor’s explanation make kwangmin broke into tears.. He doesn’t realize how much his twin suffers and before, he makes everything worse..

“Kwangmin.. I should tell you the effect of cardiac arrest.. Youngmin in coma. And we do not know how long he going to get his conscious.. ”, doctor news make kwangmin can’t control his tears

“Kwangmin.. I know how you felt. But I think you should go back first.. Take a rest and inform your family about his condition.. But I can’t allow anyone visit him for a while.. I will inform you once he ready accepting visitor”

Kwangmin leaving the doctor without any words. He feels him dying together with youngmin..

“Where are they going?”, kai notice youngmin and kwangmin not in room

“Let them be, kai.. Give them space, can you?”, Chen interrupt

“This isn’t right.. I felt something bad just happen”, kai leaving Chen alone searching for youngmin’s figure outside

“Oh Kim jongin-shi..”, nurse called for kai

“Yes nurse.. Oh ya.. Did you see my friend? The one sharing the same room with me?”, asked kai

“Yes.. I came to inform you about him”

“What is it? Is he okay? Where I can see him?”

“He had been transfer to special ward.. He’s having cardiac arrest in coma right now”

“What?? Where I can see him?”

“I’m sorry.. No one can see him right now since he just escapes from death just now?”

“What??!”, kai’s leg lose his strength

“Gwenchana?”, nurse trying help kai standing but he too weak to move

“Kai!”, Chen shouts after saw kai on the floor

“What wrong with him, nurse? Hey kai? Did you hurt? Can you stand up?”

“I don’t know.. He suddenly falls.. Do you want me to call a doctor?”, asked the nurse

“He was coma.. He almost dies.. Chen.. I almost lost youngmin! That all your fault.. If you didn’t drag me along you, I can watch him, protect him.. Get lost!”, kai push Chen

“Yah, wagere?”, Chen dumbfounded for kai’s sudden behavior

“Maybe he just shocked.. His roommate just escapes from death just now for cardiac arrest and now in coma.. I think you should calm your friend”, said the nurse to Chen

“What??! Oh my god! He just fine before we left..”, Chen also shock

“Kai, mianhne..Mianhne.. Gwenchana.. He’s going to be fine.. Doctor will look after him..”, Chen hugs kai.. Seeing kai relax and calm in Chen’s embrace, nurse leaving these two

“What happen there?”, other nurse approach the nurse that inform youngmin’s condition

“He can’t accept the fact his friend in coma..”

“Today so many dramatic scenes happen regarding that coma boy. Before, his twin and now his friend.. He so lucky to have a lot of people care for him”, said the other nurse

“Lucky enough it just two people.. If all his bandmate came, I bet this hospital will flood by tears and shout

Boyfriend’s dorm

“Why I feel uneasy?”, hyunseong walk to living room trying to calm his uneasy feeling

“Hyung..What are you doing here?”, minwoo walk to hyunseong’s side

“Nothing.. I can’t focus.. I felt uneasy”, said hyunseong

“Me too..”, minwoo replied

“Me three”, jeongmin approach them

“Me four”, said donghyun who also come out from his room

“Waeji.. But hyung, I didn’t see kwangmin.. Where he is?”, asked minwoo to hyungs

‘Click’, sound door opened. Everyone focus on the door and can be see lifeless kwangmin enter the dorm

“Where are you going, kwangmin? Why you look so down?”, asked jeongmin

“Yah, wagere?”, hyunseong run to kwangmin when he notices kwangmin crying

“Hyung…youngmin…”, kwangmin can’t continue his own words.. He falls on the floor. Feels like his two leg lost his strength after carried his heavy feeling..Kwangmin hugging his leg still crying

“Tell us kwangmin”, jeongmin urged kwangmin

“Youngmin having cardiac arrest.. He in coma..”

“What???!”, everyone shouts in disbelief..Donghyun make a move to hospital but stopped by kwangmin

“No one allow visiting him since they need to watch him closely..”

No one utter word after that. No more playful and weirdo youngmin to bring smile and laughter to them..

dear subbies and readers, i'm so so sorry for been hiatus for too long.. i just finish my last exam as degree's student.. and taking a break from everything..hihi..i have a lot of time now but i'm too lazy to update..so, as apologize, i'm writing a very long update for you guys.. it might be weird and sudden, but i think its not too bad..i put myself while writing this..hope you guys like it..give a comment what do you think.. for those who still confuse, or already forgot what happen, better read it from chapter 1 back..oh ya, i just notice i make a lot of grammar mistake..and i already fix several of it.. as u know, i'm malaysian and my native language is malay, so my english not too good.. its not an excuse but i try my best to be good in english..give me a chance, please~ let's learn english together by reading and writing fanfics :p i will fix other mistakes later..i will update more if this chapter get hit and hot response..as you know, reaction from readers and subbies are greatest gift for writer! and, seriously i'm missing boyfriend and bestfriend so much!!! even i'm not study anymore, i still can't update about bf n bestie news frequently..but i really hope to communicate with you guys again like before..let's chit chat!! thanks for hear me out..love you~ ^.^
