Her heart flutters in discomfort inside as she struggles to hide her real and raw emotion behind her flat face.

 “Just like Charlie Chaplin said, it hides away my tears very well! ” She answers serenely , her terracotta tainted lips curling into a saccharine smile.

Kris smiles understandingly in return. Though he thinks that it’s pretty miserable that she needs the rain to cover her tears when she can get someone to erase it.
