“It can’t be happening. Sorry”

Before his lips can reach for her, ChaeRin’s palm on his chest and slight pushed him away.

He gawked with surprise. He got a total brain shut down and can’t see anything clearly apart from her face.

“I just want to remain friend with you.” Her husky voice continued.

“Why?” SeungHyun feels numb and what he heard is a distant sound. Is she rejected him?

“I really like you but I’m not good in relationship. I don’t want to ruin our friendship because I really appreciate It.” she pulled her face away from him and looked other side.

SeungHyun remain silent because he didn’t know what to say. He lost his words. He lost his tongue. He lost his soul. He lost everything. What he expects before is nothing near now what happened.

“Let’s go back SeungHyun, it’s getting cold.” ChaeRin said and tried to stand but SeungHyun hold her wrist and pulled her into his chest.

He rests his kiss on tip of her forehead. His warming breeze her soft hair.

SeungHyun can get ChaeRin smell, he can sense her touch but what he can’t get is her heart. What if he remain like this and don’t let her go forever? He really wants to but he knows he can’t.

He paced back little and watched ChaeRin’s beautiful face confusedly.

“Then can I still be your friend.” Because he didn’t want to loose her.

ChaeRin nodded softly then she turned her back and left him alone at the beach.

It was a hard day for Minji. Hwansambu liked her to run on treadmill for more than hour and Jae Wook oppa seems not satisfied with her dance as usual, he made her trained for more. Her legs were sore and her joints were in pain.

When she turned around the corner she saw a figure leaning against the red wall and sipping coffee comfortly.

“Unnie!” Minji can’t believe her eyes that her cold sister is gesturing her to come to her.

She half run to ChaeRin.

“Let’s take a walk. I’ve things to ask you” ChaeRin said with cold voice and start walking with Minji tagging beside her.

After walking for a few steps ChaeRin start talking.

“When did you start training at YG?”

Minji hesitated for a minute that she wanted to tell the truth to her sister but she also afraid ChaeRin may get angry.

“a few moths ago.” She answered with low voice and she feels her body shrink into little.

“You skipped school for that.” ChaeRin voice is firm.

Minji looked at her sister’s face to find out what she may think about her training life even though she already know she can’t predict her.

“No, unnie. I managed to adjust between school and training schedule. JiYoung-Oppa also helps me with it.” 

CheRin crooked her forehead. That Kwon JiYoung is always the problem source.

“Let’s sit here for a while.” CheRin pointed a bench in the park and made Minji sit.

“I think your mother didn’t know about all those things you do now.”

Minji remained silent. She didn’t tell her mother about her training at YG as she already knows she won’t allow her.

“Then who signed as your guardian?” ChaeRin looked at the girl’s eyes suspiciously. She wants to find out what this girl mass up with the help of jerk.

“JiYoung-Oppa” Minji said with little voice and her shoulders shutter as she know her sister didn’t like JiYoung-Oppa.

“I will be your guardian from now on. I’ll come and signed as your sister the next day.” She paused and looked at Minji’s surprising face.

“I’ll talk with Appa about you. Don’t worry I’ll try to convince him accept that your heart is in dancing, not in business that his witch wife forced you to do.”

Minji’s eyes are widen because she didn’t expect it from her sister who always tried to keep distant from her.

“And try not to too involve with Kwon JiYoung. He is not good for you.” She said with warning voice and tried to put sense into that little girls head. 

“But JiYoung-Oppa is very kind to me and he……” Minji voice stopped in middle as she saw her sisters hard face.

“Yes, unnie.” She bowed her head and showed that she would follow her sister.

There’s a long silent after that, both of them watching the children playing in the park. Minji remembered those time she was with her sister when they were so young.

She remembered the day that ChaeRin came to their house. Her mother face was stony cold as well as ChaeRin’s face. She was tugging her mother’s skirt and hide behind while looking at the strong hate between elder girl and her mother.

“This is your sister, baby Minji-ah” her father introduced them and Minji stepped forward for her sister but her mother held her back.

“Bastered-child are not recognized. Why that woman leave her here?”  Her mother’s voice was as sharp as knife.

“You stole your best friend’s family.” ChaeRin’s eyes are flamed with hate.

This was the first time she saw her sister. ChaeRin was warm and kind to her when they were alone but she became icy cold in front of the rest of family.

Minji sighed and tilted her head to ChaeRin who was also staring at the kids.

“Unnie , do you remember our old time. Can’t I have my unnie back as before?” Minji cooed and put her head on ChaeRin’s shoulder.

“Minji, you are now grown up. I expect you to understand some things.” ChaeRin patted her head. They sit like that for a long time without talking.

“Minji-ah , do you really like SeungHyun-sshi” ChaeRin pulled Minji to face her and asked her.

Minji didn’t know what to reply. She just nodded.

ChaeRin sighed and stare away. Then a beep sound from her phone. CheRin frowned and took the phone out. There’s a sms inbox.

ChaeRin unconsciously smiled.

“Arrgh … that kid!”

Everyone still remain silent and no one can dare even to make a slight single move. They can smell the fatal danger from the man who is helplessly lying on the couch.

They don’t know what happened exactly but they can predict their hyung’s broken. SeungHyun was being silent and deep in his hole since they come back from Jeju island.

No one tried to ask him as they know it might be like digging their own grave. No one except their Kwon leader.

JiYoung looks more alive and active after their trip. He made new songs and forced SeungHyun to sing in it.

“SeungHyun-hyung do you hear what I just said” JiYoung waved his hand before him and tried to pulled his interest.

“No!! Back off Ji. I’m not in mood to sing.” SeungHyun growled.

He felt heartache, shame and confusion because ChaeRin rejected him. He can’t understand why she rejected him. His heart is down to hell. And why their leader made him sing at this time? That jerk!

“Let’s take a break JiYoung-ah. Hyung was already being recorded for nth times.” YaungBae intervene.

JiYoung sighed and turned around then he find their maknae who is always wants to be in center is suspiciously hiding at the corner of the room.

“What are you doing maknae?” the normal sound of JiYoung made Seungri jumped.

He tried to hide his phone but JiYoung already snatched it from his hand.

JiYoung frowned then his eyebrows raised with amaze.

“You were texting with ChaeRin!!” His voice is high enough for the rest in the room to hear. SeungHyun raised his head and darted his glance.

“She said I want to bite you.” JiYoung shouted.

“and you replied if you wish bite me. Maknae-ah!!” JiYong covered with his back to prevent the phone from Seungri and reading out loud.

“No!! Hyung” Seungri pouted and stomped but SeungHyun is already behind him, grabbing his arm.

“If you really that wish to bite. I’ll bite you.” He said and bites hard as his teeth digging deep in Seungri’s arm.

Seungri scream in pain with horror and called for help. But his other hyungs circled him and locked him.

“Yes, we can bite you if you wish babo.” And they bite him everywhere.

“Noona, LOOK!! There’s still bite mark. They are so cruel.” Seungri pouted and show the scars still fresh and redden on his arm and shoulder and nape.

“SeungHyun-hyung bites me every time he see since that day” he wiped his imaginary tears.

Everyone at the table burst out with laugh. Some even choked at Seungri’s incidence with his hyungs.

“Yahh! You deserve that bites.” ChaeRin touched the scar lightly and teased that kid.

“Noona! You are cruel too. I won’t love you more.” He flirty   said and turned his back to her.

Then someone slapped his head back and winced his nose.

“What are you doing here maknae?” it is JiYoung who still wore his beanie and mask.

“What are you doing here hyung?” Seungri rubbed his head and asked with surprising voice.

“Come on man. Sit here.” Yanggeng called him and patted the space beside him.

JiYoung frowned and looked the table which is filled with familiar faces. His friends from Nuthang clan like Yanggeng, HyukSoo, Mina Kwon, even Yulia , Jeremy Scott, Jay Park , YaungBae, some people he knows and the evil ChaeRin sitting at the top of the table.

“What is it?” he questioned the situation.

“Today is ChaeRin Noona’s birthday.” Seungri moved closer to ChaeRin and put his hand on her shoulder.

“Dude, come and sit. Will you stand like this forever?” Jay Park called and he joined the group, sit between Yanggeng and Jay.

“Why you called me?” He whispered to Yanggeng who poured champagne for him.

“This is birthday girl’s wish.” He pointed with his chin to ChaeRin. To JiYoung notice , almost everyone here is already drunk and the rest are nearly drunk. The bottle of champagne, tequila, beer cans and cigarette butts are spreading on table.

ChaeRin giggled with Seungri’s hand still wrapping around her shoulder.

“What? You don’t want to join us.” She sarcastically grinned to him.

“Happy Birthday you evil!” He shot back to her.

“Come on people! Let’s continue the game.” The heavy voice of drunken Yulia appear. She wrapped one of her arm around Mina and other around a guy with thin face.

“What the hell game?” JiYoung gulped his champagne and shout at Yullia. He is still angry with her for bringing Kiko to ing him out at party.

“Hey Ji! Still mad at me.” She smile innocently which is not suited her.

“You drunken head.” He grinned.

“I’ll spin for you Yullia” Mina said and grabbed the empty bottle on the table and span it. The bottle rattled and hit some plates and pointed to Jay Park who is trying to run away.

“Why me!!” he winced but JiYoung and HyukSoo pressed his shoulder to prevent him from running away.

Yullia smiled wildly.

“Ha..... Ha!! Finally you are in my palms Mr.Jay. Truth or dare?”

“Dare!” Jay shouted immediately.

“Then pulled off your clothes and dance upon the table.” Yullia shouted with joy.

Jay jumped onto the table, started dancing ily with music and lifting his Tee. All the girls at table and nearby tables are shrieked with excitement and the guys wolfing and whistling.

“What is that? Apart from Seungri no one dare to choose truth.” YaungBae shouted with laugh.

“Because they asked dirty questions which we can’t answer.” HyukSoo cried and pointed his fingers to Jeremy and Yullia who laughing, pressing their tummy.

The following turns were Jeremy to kiss DJ, HyukSoo answering Mina question about his relationship with Japanese model in some details, some dirty questions of YaungBae dry life, three shots of tequila for JiYoung and always centered Seungri’s forced ChaeRin to say love you to him.

Finally it’s JiYoung’s turn. He stand up rockingly and grabbed the bottle and instead of spinning it he placed it pointed directly to ChaeRin.

He was bending and hunching on the table with his hands. He and ChaeRin’s faces are only inches apart.

“Are you still mad with me?” he cooed into her ears.
