You let out a scream as you flung your arm across the table, sending the papers flying across the room. Seeing the mess that you have made of your room and of yourself, your emotionally unstable self broke down even more and you sobbed into your fragile hands silently.

Hello \o/ I don't want to write pointless fluffy stories (nothing wrong with them at all) so I thought of writing about this, since people around me experience such situations a lot, and I have too.
