Ding dong ding dong...

The school bell rang, it was the end of today's school.
I organised my books and put them inside my bag. And someone gently slide a book on my desk.
I looked up to see who it is even though i knew exactly who would have done that, Kim Kibum.. or better known as Key.
"Thanks!" He smiled. "I'll treat you to lunch!"
I looked at the books and it is the duty book for the class' president to fill in everytime after school.

"Ya.." I pinched a part of his back shirt, not letting him go away. "I'm not doing it."

He sighed, "Oh come on... Just this once..." He put his hands together, pleading.

"You said that last week and everytime you asked me to help you with this." I fixed my glasses. "Why would you even be a class president if you are not going to do it properly?"

 
"Kyorin.." He took my hands and hold it with his hands. "Please.. I promised i'll pay you back.."

"Yea what? With a bread?" I sneered. I'm so not gonna fall for him again.

"Kyorin.." He suddenly looked very serious. "My mom's sick.. I need to take care of her."
This is what i hate about myself, i fall for lies easily and i forgive people too easily.

"I.. Is that so? I'll do it then.. Quickly go home and take care of your mom.." I actually fell for his lies.
His expression when he asked me to do it is just so nostalgic.
That smile of his that i saw a year ago.

I still remember the Kim KiBum whom i fell in love with on my first sight. It was during the school entrance ceremony. There is this one guy who stood out amongst his friends in my eyes. He was unique and my eyes just couldn't look away from him. As much as I wanted to get close to him, he was being a jerk.
Even though i've been trying to somehow forget him and just let him stay as 'another good-looking guy' in my school, i couldn't help but to always fall for this smile of his everytime he asked me to do something that i would normally get pissed of.
He smiled in relief and said 'thank you' to me before he left the classroom with his friends.

"Gosh.. You did it again?" Jonghyun said.
"It's easy.. Always ask the nerds to do it. They are easy to fool." Key laughed.

At night, i was in a restaurant with my other friends from another school. We were having a Korean BBQ.
"You did his work again??" Tiffany said and i nodded. "Guess you still like him.."

"No! No! I'm not. I'm totally over him!"

"Then why did you do his work when you knew that he was lying?" Tiffany frowned.

"I.. I just.." I mumbled.. still thinking of a comeback.

"But i think if Key actually see you like this, he will completely fall for you.." Nicole sighed.

"What do you mean?" I asked her.

"See. You're completely different at school and outside. You're a complete nerd at school, while outside you dressed up as a hot girl." Nicole said. "Who wouldn't fall for you?"

"Oh come on.. That's impossible.." I playfully hit her shoulder. "He likes pretty and popular girls.."

"You're popular too. Look around you." Nicole shifted her eyes to the side as if telling me to look at where she's looking. I saw the guys who were eating at the same restaurant as us looking at our table, and they are looking at me.
"Don't deny it.." Nicole raised one of her eyebrows.

"Why don't you appear at school like this for once?" Tiffany said. "Don't wear glasses and let your hair down naturally. I'm sure the boys will fall for you."

"But i just want to concentrate on studying.." I said.

"Well you could always just be someone's hot and smart." Nicole added.
I sighed since i don't have anything to say back to them. I just grabbed my glass of water and drank it all.
Then i got up from my seat to go to the toilet.

On my way there, i bumped onto someone's shoulder and i quickly apologized without actually looking at the person properly and continue walking towards the toilet. The person that i bumped onto was actually Key. He was about to scold me but when he saw me, he just freezed for a second.
"Damn! Who's that girl?" Key said to his friends when he got on his seat.

"I dont know, but she is with that group of girls. We've been eyeing them for quite a while.." Jonghyun said.

"She looks familiar.." Onew mumbled but Jonghyun and Key heard him.

Key playfully slapped his head, "No way! You think you actually know such a hot girl? Not in a million years..."
Even so, he took Onew's words for granted. He kept on eyeing her since she came back from the toilet till I went out of the restaurant. He did thought that she does looks like me but he's not sure.

But i guess God was on his side, when he is on his way home, he bumped onto me again. I dropped my bag and some of its contents to the floor. Both of us bent down to pick it up.
"Sorry i was spacing out.." Key chuckled.

"It's fine." I said, keeping a straight face. I didn't worry much about him seeing me in this form since nobody actually has noticed me.. so far..

"Kyorin?" He suddenly said when i kinda looked up. My heart skipped a beat, i was quite surprised when he actually said my name. But before i was able to pretend as if i am not myself, he said something else. ".. Sorry, you look like one of my friend.."

"Oh.. It's fine." I flashed him a smile. "Thanks by the way."
Then i continue walking home. My steps might look awkward from behind since i was nervous. I was actually happy when he said my name even though i didn't want anyone to know this form of me. But him noticing me is not a bad idea, i actually liked it.
 

On the next day, after school, he came over to my desk again. I guess he's up to another request...
"H... Hey.." Key asked. "Did you go anywhere last night?"

"Whereever i'm going, it's not your problem right?" I said coldly even though i actually don't mind telling him about it.

"Y-you're right.." He chuckled awkwardly. "Kyorin, let's go grab something to eat, i'll treat you." He said. I furrowed my eyebrows. Did i just hear it wrong.

"What did you say?" I asked him, making sure.

"I'll treat you." He said.

I sighed, "Bread? No thanks. I had enough bread these past few days." I got up from my seat and carried my bag on my shoulder, ready to go out.

"No no no no.." Key grabbed my hand. "Let's go to a.. movie? or you want a BBQ?"
I looked at him weirdly. Did he eat something wrong or what..?

Key noticed that i doubted him so he tried his best to ensure me but he failed. I rejected him and just went back home. But he followed me all the way to my house.
"Why are you following me?" I asked him. I feel really uncomfortable.

"Sending you home." He smiled. "Are you sure you don't want to go out and eat with me?"
Just when he finished saying that, i already went inside my house and closed the door. He sighed and walk away while i peeked out from the window next to the door.

Since then on, he kept on asking me out for a dinner and everything. He even helped me with my school work, and asked me whether i need for this and that. I always refused it, not  because i don't want it but because i think if i accept it he will stop doing this to me. I love this attention from him..
But one day, i slipped on my words, ".. Yes." I quickly covered my mouth and Key looked at me.

He smiled, "Okay!! You just said yes for a dinner alright?!!"

"No no no!! That was a mistake!!" I said.

"Kyorin, do you hate me that much to the point you won't even have a dinner with me?" Key asked.

"It's not like that but.." I sighed.

"Just a dinner..! Remember how i promised you that i will buy you lunch and stuff but never actually made it. It made me feel bad." Key said. "Please..?"

"Fine... Dinner tonight.." I sighed.

Key smiled when i finally agreed. "Then, wear a nice dress, let your hair down and make yourself look good okay!!" He said. He seemed to look forward to the dinner tonight.

Later at night, i get ready far earlier than usual before our meeting time. I actually dressed up like how he wanted me to be. And i just did myself like how i normally does when i'm out. I wore a dress and simple make up to go out.
I happily skipped towards the place where we are supposed to meet. When i arrived at the meeting place, i can already see him waiting under the clock. He looked as handsome as ever.
I couldn't help but smile when i saw him. But i quickly lightly slapped my cheeks to hide my smile and went back to my usual expression. I came up to him and say hi. He smiled from ear to ear, i guess he's satisfied with how i look.

Both of us then went to a rather good BBQ restaurant. We enjoyed the food there. Apparently, we meet up with some of Key's friends there and he introduced me to them.
"Who is this? Your girlfriend?" Jonghyun teased.

"Stop it.." Key said, even though he's happy. "She's our cla-"
I kicked his feet under the table to stop him. He looked at me, and i gave him a face as if telling him to not say anything.
"She's my friend's friend.." Key said to Jonghyun.

"Ohh.." Jonghyun nodded. "She kinda look like Kyorin though.."
I just smiled at Jonghyun, hoping that he would be gone soon.

"By the way, do you mind if i go out for a while to talk with him?" Key said to me. I can't say 'no' to him obviously, so i said 'yes'. Key and Jonghyun then went out of the restaurant and leaned their back to the wall near the entrance.
"I'm telling you.. She's Kyorin." Key said, revealing my identity.

"WHAT?" Jonghyun's eyes got wider. "NO WAY MAN! She does looks similar but.."

"I know, i can't believe it either.." Key said.

"How did you know that it is her..?"

"Last time, i bumped onto her and some of her stuff fell. When i helped her picked it up i saw her school ID." Key said. "Man, i don't mind dating her, she's hot. As long as she kept that appearance."

"Oohhhh..." I folded my arms. Key and Jonghyun startled when they heard me. I was already out at the entrance.
"K-Kyorin, why are you here?" Key said.

"Well, the next customers are waiting for a spot." I said, sneering at him. I heard what they all talked about.

"Kyorin, did you heard what we were talking about..?" Key asked. I just smile at him, showing him that i did heard it all. He his lips out of nervousness. He moved closer to me, trying to explain. "Look.. I still like you even though you don't-"

"Are you confessing to me?" I raised one of my eyebrows, still folding my hands.

"Eh?" He responded. He didn't expect that coming out of me.

"Because if you are, i'm rejecting you." I said and i walked away. But Key grabbed my hand.

"No, i mean listen." Key said. " I did say that.. but i do like you."
I didn't want to hear more from him, and i wanted to walk away but he kept on grabbing my hand as tight as he can.

"What you just heard.. Is not entirely true.. I.. I'm sorry but i really do like you." Key said.

"Enough." I slapped his hands away and walked away from him.

Key didn't mind about Jonghyun at all that time, he followed after me. I thought he would kept on trying to explain things to me, but he stayed silent when he followed me. Sometimes i looked back to see him and when he saw me he wanted to say something but i quickly looked away. When i finally arrived at my house, i asked him, "Why are you following me."

"To make sure you arrived home safely." Key said.

"So you're being considerate while i'm in this look?" I smirked.

"No.. I just want to always do this to you.." Key said. "have dinner together, walk home together, or maybe watch movie together."

"Whatever." I scoffed at him. "What happenned to the snobbish Key?"

"I know i'm a snob. and i am shy to admit that i love you in front of my friends that sometimes i added things that are not true."

"What..?"

"Kyorin, i love you since 6 months ago." Key smiled. "I love you with your nerd appearance or with this appearance."

"Bull." I said. I was hoping he would say something else but he stayed quiet. After a few moment of silence, i decided to speak up, "Is it true?"

"Yes." Key simply answered. "Sorry." He said. He then turned around and was about to go back home. He seemed to already give up since he thinks that he won't be able to change my mind anymore.

I walked up to him slowly and looked up to him who's a little taller than me. "I love you too." And i hugged him from behind.
