Jae Sun and I walked into the house and saw my mom and Mrs. Jung preparing dinner. Jae Sun went upstairs to play with Jumin. I walked into the living room and saw Jinyoung watching SNSD perform I Got A Boy. Jinyoung looked my way and smiled. I sat in the chair by the couch so I wouldn't be too close to him.

 

“Still upset?” He asked.

“A little.” I replied.

“Mian..” He said while looking down.

 

I just looked at the tv, ignoring him.

 

“Mi Eun-ah~!” My mom yelled from the kitchen.

“Neh~?”

“Will you come help us with the kimbab please?”

“Neh eomma.”

 

I got up from my seat and went into the kitchen.

 

Jinyoung POV:

I watched Mi Eun walk into the kitchen. Why was she ignoring me? I said I was sorry. Aish.. this girl is driving me insane. I turned my head to the tv and noticed VIXX performing On and On. I started humming the song and heard Mi Eun singing along with it in the kitchen.

 

“Jinyoung!” My mom yelled.

“Yeh eomma?”

“Come help Mi Eun with the kimbab.”

“Neh.”

 

I got up from my seat and went into the kitchen. This is gonna be awkward.

 

Your POV:

I was dancing and singing to VIXX- On and On while preparing the kimbab. Then, I heard Jinyoung's mom yell for him.

 

“Jinyoung!” Mrs. Jung yelled.

“Yeh eomma?” He responded.

“Come help Mi Eun with the kimbab.”

My eyes grew wide.

“Neh.”

 

I was still dancing when I felt a presence beside me. Jinyoung grabbed the seaweed and started making preparing the kimbab.

I did the little dance VIXX does during that part. I heard Jinyoung chuckle and I just smacked my lips. After 15 minutes, everything was done. Jae Sun and Jumin came downstairs to help Jinyoung set the table. I helped my mom and Mrs. Jung bring the food out to the table.

 

“Mi Eun-ah~.”

“Yeh eomma?”

“Sit by Jinyoung-sshi please.”

My eyes grew wide as I sat the last dish down.

“Waeyo?”

“Because I said so.”

“But eomma~.. Can't I sit somewhere else?”

“No. Now sit where I told you to.”

“Neh~.”

I sat down by Jinyoung and it felt real awkward. Jae Sun came and plopped down beside me. I smiled down at him. As soon as everyone was seated we began to pass around the dishes we wanted and put them on our plate.

 

Jinyoung POV:

As we ate dinner, I decided to tease Mi Eun a little bit. I grabbed a piece of kimbab and bit into.

 

“Aish! Why is this so salty?!” I exclaimed.

Mi Eun looked at me with a mean look.

“Yah! It is not salty!” She said angrily.

“Yes it is. Here taste it.” I shoved the kimbab into .

She immediately spit it out.

“Mwo-yah?! What is wrong with you?!” She yelled storming away from the table.

“Mi Eun-ah! Mi Eun-ah!” Mrs. Park yelled after her daughter.

“Jung Jinyoung! What is your problem?!”

“I just wanted to a little bit. I didn't know she'd react like that.”

“Your father and I raised you better than that!”

“Mianhaeyo eomeoni.” I said lowering my head.

“Don't say sorry to me. Say sorry to Mi Eun.”

“Arasso.”

 

Your POV:

I walked back to the dinner table after my mom talked with me. I sat back down beside Jinyoung still fuming a little bit.

 

“Mianhae Mi Eun. Forgive me, jaebal?” Jinyoung begged.

“Aigoo. Gwenchanayo.” I said lightly punching his arm.

“Gomawo.” He smiled.

 

After dinner, Jinyoung and I sat outside on the steps.

 

“Mianhae about earlier.” He said.

“It's fine. I'm over it. I'm sorry for blowing up like that.”

“Gwenchana.”

“Jung Jinyoung. It's time to go.”

“Arasso eomma.”

 

Jinyoung and I went inside. After saying my goodbyes to Jumin and Mrs. Jung, I gave Jinyoung a hug.

 

“I'll talk to you later.” Jinyoung said.

“Geurae.”

 

With that, everyone left. I went upstairs to my room to get ready for bed. I went to my desk and my laptop. As soon as I was about to read a fanfic, my phone went off.

 

“Yebeosaeyo?” I answered.

“Mi Eun-ah~!” Mi Jae yelled.

“Yeh Mi Jae?”

“How was the dinner?”

“It was okay, I guess.”

“Did you and Jinyoung talk at all?”

“Yeah after he played a trick on me.”

“That's good. So, it was awkward in the beginning but after, it was okay.”

“Neh. We're all good now.”

“Geurae.”

 

As I was talking to Mi Jae, someone was calling on the other line.

 

“Mi Jae, I'll call you back.”

“Arasso.”

 

I answered my other line.

 

“Yebeosaeyo?”

“Mi Eunnie~.”

I rolled my eyes.

“Yah! Didn't I tell you not to call me that?”

“Wae Mi Eunnie~? It's kyeobda!”

“You must want to die Jung Jinyoung.”

“Ani~! I'm done teasing you.”

“Better be..” I mumbled.

“What was that?”

“Nothing.”

“Yeah right. Anyways, what do you want to do tomorrow?”

“I don't know. I have to watch my little brother tomorrow while my mom runs her errands.”

“Oh. Well Jumin and I will come over and keep you guys company.”

I began to get butterflies in my stomach but then they went away.

“Arasso, that's fine with me.”

“Okay. I'll talk to you in the morning.”

“Geurae. Jaljayo Jinyoungie~!”

“Jaljayo jagiya.”

The butterflies came back after I hung up the phone.

 

I went to my bed and laid underneathe my covers while stared at the ceiling. Oh no.. am I starting to get feelings for my best friend? Aniyo! This cannot happen. I tried to shoo the butterflies away but they remained. Minutes later, I fell asleep thinking about Jinyoung.
