There are three key aspects that make up a puppet;

Number one, vocals.

Number two, dancing ability.

Number three, an attractive appearance.

A small, isolated town runs like this.

It has its normal shops, it's technology. But along with that is a greater scheme, an occupation which is much preferred.

That, is being a Puppet Master.

It's simple.

Go to the Auction House, buy yourself a puppet, train that puppet to the best of your ability and throw them up on stage, commanding them to entertain others and rake in some good ol' cash.
