The Alibi

Jessica’s POV.

Done with dinner! So yummy! Mom is really good in cooking! She’s the best!

Heheheee… So, what should I do now? I want to read books!

“Mom, I’m heading upstairs to do some readings…”

“ding dong”

“Sica yah, get the door first”

“Okay mom…”

So, yeah, I open the door for annoying news,

What a bad day…

“Hi there, I’m Inspector Lee, Lee Dong Hae, I’m looking for Krystal Jung’s family,

Especially her sister, Jessica Jung”

I stare into his eyes. What a sincere eyes he has. Beautiful…

However, he still annoyed me, don’t they understand? I am her sister!

How could I kill her? Idiot.

“Hmm. Come in”

“Mom!!! Dad!!! The police is here!!!”

“I’m not a police” He said.

“Yeah, yeah whatever!” Rolling my eyes.

He sat down together with my family, discussing about our precious lost.

They kept trying to blame me saying that I was at the crime scene.

I told them 10 million times already that I am not there!!!was not there!!!

“Jessica Jung, I will pick you up after school tomorrow & will bring you to the headquarters”

Tomorrow Morning:

I arrive at school like normal, yes everything is normal, eventhough I know Mr. B is following me around.

Jessica:                Argh! What do you want from me, Taecyeon?

Taecyeon:            I heard the police came to your house yesterday?

Jessica:                So?

Taecyeon:            Jessi…

Jessica:               what? (annoyed)

Taecyeon:           Look at me!

Jessica:               what?

Taecyeon:           Listen, I know you were with krystal the other day.

Jessica:               what? (shocked)

Taecyeon:           I saw you, with her, on the company’s balcony.

I am so messed up. When the hell did I meet her the other day, that doesn’t make sense! I was with.. well, him! Argh!

Jessica:                Look Taecyeon, it wasn’t me~

Taecyeon:            Jessi, I know it’s you~ That’s why I’m here, to cover ..

Jessica:                (shouting) It wasn’t me, don’t you get it???

Taecyeon:            (grabbing her hand) I know you were sad. I know it wasn’t an accident. Jessi, I’m here to…

Jessica:                Look Taecyeon, don’t spread junks! I! DID! NOT! SEE! HER! THE! OTHER! DAY! Don’t you get it? I was with someone 

                               else at the exact time!

Taecyeon:            Someone else? Who? You know I’m doing this for you…

Jessica:                For me? & those bullying me is for me?

(Taecyeon abruptly hugging her, cutting her words)

Why is Taecyeon hugging me so suddenly? I, felt… warmth…

Taecyeon POV.

I hug her. I feel like my heart going to burst sooner or later. Should I tell her how much I love her.

But I’m not good with words. It has been always rough.

Jessica:                 Hey Taecyeon…

Taecyeon:             Hmm?

Jessica:                 Can you let me go now?

I released her. I missed hugging her already.

Taecyeon:           Jessi?

Jessica:               Hmm?

Taecyeon:           I’m sorry

Jessica:               Yeah me too…

Taecyeon:           I…

Jessica:               I got to go. See you around.

I am now just staring at her as she gets into the police car. My eyes couldn’t be more wrong Jessica,

it really is you. But you said it wasn’t you, I don’t know. Maybe your look- a- like?

I just wanna tell you how much I love you.

Jessica POV.

Taecyeon:           Jessi?

Jessica:               Hmm?

Taecyeon:           I’m sorry

Jessica:               Yeah me too…

Suddenly, the police officer car appear slowly infront of me. Argh! This is so… humiliating!

Taecyeon:           I…

                                I need to go fast.

Jessica:                 I got to go. See you around.

                               I got inside the car, looking outside for Taecyeon. I’m sorry Taecyeon, it really wasn’t me!
