Judges
Audition guide to SM! Little for YG, JYP+When you live audition, there is always a judge. They speak English. Most of the times in global auditions, the judges are cranky. They have been sitting all day watching people audition. So don't feel bad if they don't look at you. They are just tired and stuff. They only look up, if you caught their attention. So do something that will catch their attention, like when introducing yourself you can say it in Korean or something. Just catch their attention and remember be polite!
In weekly auditions for USA. The judges speak English. Don't worry about not speaking Korean, but you should know basics like "Hi, thank you, and goodbye." If you know how to introduce yourself in Korean, the better.
Most of the times in Weekly auditions, the judges are nice. Sometimes the judges are chill and calm. It depends on which judge you get. So hopefully when you audition, your judge will be nice. :)
In SM, they usually cast people who are pretty or average that have talents. Most of the times they are pretty people with potential, because they can see room for improvement.
In JYP, the judges sometimes aren't good, in my opinion. Like who the hell rejects CL?
In YG, I think they do a pretty good job of casting people.

AHAha sorry. I don't know much about YG and JYP, but I will try! Some previous questions about SM.
Question: Do you know how long a trainee would train? Does it depend on how talented you are on a certain field?
Answer: It varies. Chen from EXO trained for 11months, while Jessica from SNSD trained for 7years. I think it depends on how talented you are on all fields, since there is 5 levels you have to pass. Even though you pass 5 levels, SM have to decide whether to let you debut. You have to be good at singing and dancing to debut, since SM lets you debut only if they think you are ready to.
Question: How many people is accepted in every week's weekly audition? And how do SM see that their trainees are improving or not?
Answer: Depends on how many people even go to the weekly audition. Theres no specific number of people accepted, it all depends on who the judges are interested in. SM has these sort of like exams (I don't know what to call it) for all their trainees, that's how they see if you improved or not. If you haven't, you can be kicked out.
