“Oh? There’s another couple?” Miseon asked as the episode opened to another segment.

“Four couples? It’s just like the first season!” Nayoung observed happily.

“Is there going to be nine additional couples too?” Hwisoon quipped in miserably, earning laughter from his fellow MCs.

The camera glided over the sparkling view of nighttime Seoul. The buildings and city lights were twinkling in the dark blanket that the evening had placed over the city. It was the perfect atmosphere for a first date.

Slowly, the view began to head down, focusing on a certain sidewalk where a certain idol stood waiting.

“OH! IT’S SNSD’S HEESUN![1]” the MCs exploded in surprise, especially the men.

The camera closed up on her face, confirming the studio’s deduction. 

“HEY! WHO’S THE HUSBAND, HUH?! THE KID’S TOO LUCKY!” Jungmin almost roared.

“Annyeong haseyo[2], we are SNSD,” three figures introduced themselves. 

“Oh, they even got their voices changed,” Hyungsoo noted, sounding quite amazed at the girls’s effort to conceal themselves.

The interviewer did not reply immediately, probably expecting them to identify themselves one by one but no such thing happened in the following minutes.

“A-Annyeong,” the interviewer greeted back uncertainly. “Um... may I ask why you’re all dressed like that?”

“We were the ones who signed up Heesun... -unnie[3] for WGM without her knowing,” the one on the right answered, her voice deformed and sounding like the squeal of a dolphin.

“We know that doing so has a whole lot of consequences so we decided to hide our identities. We even asked the PD to change our voices before airing this,” the one on the left added with a nervous laugh.

“I-I see.... So, why are you going through so much trouble to get her on WGM?”

“Well, everyone knows that Heesun-unnie is a really intimidating person. Even men are afraid of her so we’re... well...” the one on the left trailed off, laughing nervously.

“We’re worried that she’ll never get married with the way she acts so we decided to sign her up so she can practice and maybe even better her personality,” the one on the right answered bluntly. 

“Was it really necessary to hide it from her?”

“We argued for over three hours just to get her to dress and another three hours to get her to go to the destination. At that point, she only knew that she was going on a blind date. If it required us more than six hours to convince her to go on a blind date, how long do you think we would need to convince her to get married?” the one on the right reasoned.

“It’s easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission, anyway,” the one on the left spoke.

“We’re really sorry for this Heesun-unnie! We love you a lot but we really think this will help you!” the one on the middle spoke up for the first time.

“This kid is especially nervous cause she’s the one who suggested it!” the one on the left laughed, pointing at the one in the middle.

“Wait, but you did tell her that she was casted on WGM, right?

...

“OMO!!!”

“Hey, why are you following me?” Heesun asked the camera man in an attempt to be amicable even with her discomfort at the unexplained camera. “Is this for a show?”

“Yes...” the cameraman or a person behind the camera was heard answering.

“What show?”

She received no answer.

“Aigoo, the crew probably thought she was joking,” Miseon observed, frowning at the predicament.

“You can’t tell me?” she asked, laughing slightly, before turning away from the crew. She craned her neck to look around the road only to be disappointed at the sight of the speeding cars which showed no indication of stopping for her and revealing her date. She huffed and retreated to her original posture, crossing her arms in impatience.

The view then shifts, showing a familiar limousine[4] speeding through the highway. It then showed the inside of the vehicle and, at the same time, revealed the new husband.

“Ahhh! It’s Jiyong-sshi,” Nayong and Miseon concluded.

“GD!” Jungmin hollered with a low voice like a rapper would, earning laughs from his co-MCs.

“Annyeong haseyo, I am Big Bang’s Seungri,” Seungri introduced himself, bowing to the audience.

“Oh? Why is he being interviewed?” Nayoung asked.

“Jiyong-sshi’s the one getting married, right?” Hyungsoo asked, slightly confused.

“I volunteered Hyung for WGM because... well...” he began but ended up laughing. “Jiyong-hyung’s not very good with dating, you see. He’s good at getting in a relationship but he lets go once he feels the first signs of boredom or frustration. He’s not very patient. That’s why I thought this would be a good experience for him and maybe, through this show, he will be able to become a better person.”

“Is there anything you want to say to Jiyong-sshi?”

“Jiyongie-hyuuuung~” Seungri began cutely, earning himself sound effect-laughter. “I promise that I’m not doing this just to make fun of you, i’m really doing this for your own good! Saranghae[5], Hyungie~! Fighting!”

“Aigoo, so Jiyong-sshi was volunteered too?” Miseon asked with a frown. “I wonder what will happen to this couple?”

“Look at the bright side! At least they already have something in common. They’re both unwilling participants!” Jungmin said, earning laughter from the rest of the panel.

G-Dragon sighed to himself, his face showing an expression as though he were entering a meditative state. Then, he reached down from under him and opened a compartment under the couch, revealing a bouquet of roses.

“Omo, roses~!” Nayoung squealed in delight.

“How romantic!” Miseon cooed.

“Annyeong, I’m Kwon Jiyong but I’m better known as Big Bang’s G-Dragon,” G-Dragon introduced himself casually.

“Um... I’ve never really thought about when I wanted to get married but when Seungri told me that he signed me up for WGM, I didn’t think it was a bad idea so I agreed,” he explained almost conversationally.

“Had Seungri-sshi not volunteered you for this, would you have joined?”

G-Dragon stared at the interviewer, surprised by his bold question. Slowly, he twitched his lips into a smile.

“Uhm... I think this will be a good experience.”

“That’s really just a roundabout way to say ‘no’,” Nayoung frowned.

“I’LL MARRY HEESUN-SSHI!” Jungmin cried loudly.

“Don’t. If you do, she’ll never want to get married for real,” Miseon told him.

“When should I give this...?” he wondered out loud, shaking the bouquet in his hand as though he would be able to shake an answer out of it.

Sighing in defeat, he reopened the compartment and stuffed the bouquet back in.

“When you look at the way he’s treating the bouquet, it’s really not romantic,” Miseon grimaced.

Right as he was able to close the door of the compartment, the limo stopped, shocking G-Dragon back onto his seat like a child, jumpy due to being guilty of doing something wrong.

Heesun stopped pacing when a white limo pulled up in front of her. She looked at the vehicle curiously, uncertainly. 

Inside the limo, G-Dragon looked out the window to see his new bride. He then fell back onto the car seat with his eyes and mouth all wide open. 

“Omo. Omo, omo,” he chanted to himself.

Heesun stood on the pavement awkwardly, stealing glances at the limo but making sure that she wasn’t too obvious.

G-Dragon looked outside the window to recheck what he had discovered. The wideness of his eyes showed that he was shocked but the way his lips were tilted into a smile also showed that he was not displeased by the results either.

“He looks like a fanboy,” Miseon observed with distaste.

“More like a sasaeng fan,” Hwisoon quipped in.

He continued to stare at his new wife until she turned to the side and began her tread away from the limo. He struggled but quickly opened the door from the inside, almost stumbling out in the process.

The episode repeats the scene but from Heesun’s point of view, showing her rather frightened expression when the car door suddenly swung open. She stared at the man who stumbled out halfway from the limo for a few seconds. And then, opened wide.

“A-Annyeong haseyo,” G-Dragon greeted, attempting to bow even in his awkward position.

“Annyeong haseyo!” Heesun returned the greeting just as nervously. She bowed for about three times before finally settling for staring at G-Dragon. And their staring contest began.

“Isn’t he uncomfortable like that?” Hyungsoo asked.

“Um... so you’re my new wife?”

“Eh?” Heesun asked. She was confused as hell but didn’t seem to want to offend the young man hence her soft exclamation. That was when her eyes finally spotted the pink logo on the limousine’s door.
