"If it wasn't for you, she would be here! If it wasn't for you to exist, she'll be alive!"

And Chen knew that. He knew that he was the one to blame. He knew it. Why wouldn't he when those piercing words continued to echo in his mind? And day after day, hour after hour, second after second, those words would sink in deeper...and deeper.

"I'm sorry...I didn't mean to. No, it's all my fault. I'm an idiot, I'm..." And so, Chen buries his face in his arms, muttering incoherent words while he rocks back and forth. Crying, screaming, doing whatever he can to make this guilt and pain go away.

But he didn't know what to do. He didn't know if he should continue to cry, to sit in the same spot everyday, or to just suffer alone.

Well...he didn't have much of a choice. What can he do when everyone turned their backs against him? When no one cares, when no one would listen.

He was...alone.
