I sighed heavily as I plopped myself next to Jay. The rest of school day felt like I was being toasted by all those girls stares.

I tried to make myself invisible but... I‘m not a magican so it was pretty much impossible. Jay patted my head and gave me assuring smile. „Chin up girl!“

„How?“, I asked dramatically and clutched my chest. „Please tell me how? It‘s not gonna take long until I will catch fire because all those girls want to see me dead. I touched their „property“!“

Jay laughed and pulled me closer to him so I could rest my head on his shoulder. „You‘re being overdramatic! In a weeks time no one will remember that you‘ve ever crossed paths with that Yongguk guy.“

I sighed again: „You better be right.“

„Besides how was it to have that kind of skin ship with a guy, not to mention a mighty fine guy, like that?“, I heard a voice next as Bom joined us on the bench we sat on.

After I had left the cafeteria I had given her a good piece of my mind so that she promised me to buy me ice cream after school.

„Did he melt your icy heart?“, she asked again and I only glared at her.

I mean what can I say? It felt like an elephant lied on top of me? Or It was almost like a truck drove over me? I don‘t think my position will become much better towards the fan girls when I phrase it that way. That guy must be full of muscles to be that heavy because, trust me, he doesn‘t look fat at all.

„We should go and choose our club activites for this year. Or else all the good things will be full“, Jay said and pulled me and Bom up so we could make our way towards the sportshall.

„What are you gonna choose this year?“, Bom asked me. I know she was secretly hoping that I would finally join the cheerleading team but that just wasn‘t something for me.

„Hmm... Book club? Or maybe Minigolf?“, I suggested.

Jay and Bom rolled their eyes. „Puh-lease! That will make you look like such a loser! I don‘t think I‘ll be able to hang out with you like that“, Bom snorted.

„But I don‘t think Hip Hop dance or cheerleading will be something for me! I‘m more the...cosy type of person“, I defended myself.

„Cosy my “, Jay shook his head. „You‘re just damn lazy!“

„YAH!“

„Jay is right Hanbee! Why don‘t you do something where you have to get out of your comfort zone for once?“

I snorted but actually felt challenged. Lazy? Me? Hell No!

I stomped up the next best list where a lot of sporty people stood around. I was angrily huffing to myself as I scribbled my name on the list.

I turned around and stormed back to Jay and Bom. „So? Happy?“, I asked. „Uhm...Hanbee...do you know what you just signed in for?“, Jay asked and shifted uncomfortably.

I stopped in my motion and slowly turned around.

Bom put her arm around my neck and whispered: „Have fun Honey. You know, once you‘re signed in you can‘t take your name off the list.“

NO!

This feels like my worst nightmare. Just worse.
