"What's wrong Taeil?" I asked cautiously. He said nothing's wrong but I knew better.

"I know something's been bothering you, and I want...need you to tell me."

Taeil was quiet for a moment.

"I don't know how to say it," he finally said. "I don't think you'll want to hear it either."

"For you, I do."

Another pause.

"It's just...I miss my friends. And career. And my home."

"I understand," I consoled him.

"And I can't help but..."

"But what?"

"..."

"Blame us?"

He was too ashamed to reply. I was hurt and angry but I understood.

"Then go if you want to," I demanded coldly.

"Do you mean that?" He seemed to be in disbelief.

"Go."

And just like that, he packed and went to the airport.
