We shared many other heartaches and joy in our years together from losing my parents, Taeil's parents finally accepting us, Cassie's graduation and our current status as grandparents. None of it was perfect, but we went through it all loving each other as passionately and fiercely and tenderly and whole-heartedly as we could.

Taeil and I are still as in love as we were when we felt the spark. Only now, like wine, it matured and is now deeper and richer. And we intend to keep this love as long as our natural lives will allow us.
