He slammed the book shut and stood up, abruptly. “Why?!” he demanded. I stared at him in shock and I just sat there quietly as the librarian glared at us both.
“What do you mean w-why?” I have never seen him in this kind of state before, and it kind of scared me so. “Damn it Jaemin, I--!” he ruffled his hair in annoyance and glared at me, but once he saw my frightened face, he quickly softened. He whispered words I could only hear, and walked away, leaving me stunned in my seat.
