I sit on the bed looking down. I need to learn how to control myself or I'll get us both put into a labratory if we get caught. I stand up and go to my platform, and put on some clothes, I put on my black skinny jeans and a black tank top, I throw a sweatshirt over it, then I go and sit down at my desk I turn on my latop and google things on vampires.

An hour or so passes and I hear the bathroom door open. I turn around in my chair and look at Key, his eyes are hazel he looks at me, I can see his fangs. I stand up and go down the stairs and slowly walk to him.

"You okay?" I ask. Stopping a few feet away from him.

"Do I look okay to you?" Key snaps.

"I'm so sorry, please, Key, you have to forgive me, I couldn't help myself" I say I take a step towards him.

"Whatever, I'm hungry" Key looks around the room.

I nod and go to the bathroom I go in the cabinet and get out two packets of blood I bring one to Key. He takes it and sinks his teeth into it, blood drips down his chin. I sink my teeth into mine and drink it. When I finish I wipe my mouth with my hand.

"Key, we have to be careful, if we get caught, who know's what might happen" I turn and walk back up the stairs and get two pairs of sunglasses. I put one pair on then bring the other pair to Key.

Key takes the glasses and puts them on, he wipes his chin off on his hand. Then looks at me.

"Well, since I'm screwed anyways, and there's no turning back, let's go out." Key says I look at him shocked and nod.

I take the empty blood bag from Key and go into the bathroom I rinse them out then dispose of them in the garbage underneath everything so if anyone comes in they won't see the empty blood bags. I walk out of the bathroom and look at Key, he's getting dressed trying to pick out what shirt to wear with his bright pink skinny jeans. I watch his long process of narrowing down to five shirts. He goes through this every time, I know what shirt he's gonna pick, he always picks the same shirt for those pants, but he insists on doing it the hard way. He gets down to three shirts he still can't decide. I watch him annoyed because of how long he's taking.

"Aha" he says and picks up the shirt that he always wears with the skinny jeans he slips it on over his head. Then he looks at me. "Let's go" he says. His teeth retracted so there not visible.

We walk out of the room and down the long dorm hallway. Where both wearing our sunglasses so no one can see our eyes. We greet people as we walk. Then we get to the main doors we walk out. We get to the main gate and climb over it.

We walk into town people rush by. To get to there destinations. I can see Key from the corner of my eyes his fangs come out. I grab Key's arm and pull him into an alley. He looks at me startled.

"Don't you even think about it!" I snap.

Key nods quickly he doesn't say anything. I bite my lip and hold out my arm, I roll up my sleeve then I look away.

"Do it! If I die, then I die, if I don't then, maybe, this will help us a little" I say I don't look  at him.

I feel Key's teeth dig into my flesh. When I feel him let go I look at him. He's trying to clean the blood off of himself.

"You taste gross." Key says.

I nod and cover my arm with my sweatshirt I feel fine, like nothing happened.

"Let's go" I say and walk out of the alley. Key follows behind me.

"Hey!" I hear someone yell, Key and I freeze we turn to look, it's a cop. He walks towards me and Key. "You look familiar" He says pointing to me.

He must notice me from the securety camera. I back away.

"Key, run" I whisper. I hear Key take off running. I can't fight the cop, not here, there's too much people. I turn and start running. I hear the cop running after me.

"Stop him!" The cop shouts then he says something into his radio that I can't hear, I see cops come out from all around.

I keep running, dodging people, trying not to fall. I lost site of key I'm just hoping he got away.
