I gaze the sky, as I always do, searching for any possibility of a star to be seen. I do that all the time when I’m bored. Whenever I found one, automatically, I would wonder how he was doing. Does he still remember me? Is that star maybe his planet? Those questions roused every time.

My eyelids were starting to close but suddenly, a streak of light in the sky had my attention. It looked like a shooting star but what was odd was it seemed to be hitting the ground across the river, where an open field was.

"What is that thing?"
