Eunbin took the next day off from school. Although her face had healed a lot, she didn’t feel safe going to school. JR had offered to stay home with her but she told him to go. She didn’t want him risking his attendance, or letting Jae Hwa feel like she had won be seriously injuring Eunbin.

Eunbin was sitting in her bed room, trying to do the history homework that was given to her yesterday. Touching her bottom lip softly, she could feel where her lip had split. It was still tender but at least it wasn’t as sore as it was yesterday.

A knock came from her bedroom door. Turning around JiHoon’s head appeared through the crack in the door. His eyes were filled with worry but he tried to put a smile on his face.

“There is food down stairs if you want any?”

“Im not hungry oppa”

Eunbin whispered as she turned back to her homework. Jihoon sighed as he walked into her room. Closing the door behind him, he took a seat on the end of her bed. He noticed how distant she looked today, almost like someone was talking to her.

“Eunbin?”

“Hm?”

“Whats wrong talk to me”

“Nothing is wrong oppa, im fine”

Jihoon stood up from the bed and walked towards Eunbin. He turned her chair to face him. With hands on either side of the chair, he looked into her eyes and noticed how sad they looked.

“Don’t tell me nothing is wrong. Im the only one who knows you like the back of my hand. So tell me whats wrong, because im not going to leave until you tell me”

Eunbin looked away from him. She didn’t want to tell him what Jae Hwa had said before she left her, but she wanted to tell someone to get rid of the pain she was feeling.

“Oppa, if someone threatened you and gave you a choice what would you do?”

“I wouldn’t listen to them. Why has someone done this to you?”
