Ryeowook POV

I was peacefully searching through the news when something caught my eye.  I quickly scanned the article when I gasped when I saw what it was about.  It was a scandal, and I was in it.  Some of Sungmin's fans had taken pictures of me and Sungmin when we were shopping.  I read the comments and most of them didn't warm my heart.

The last comment didn't really hurt, it almost made me smile, yet I was still offended by the other comments.

I heard a knock on the door and rushed to open it.  It was Sungmin. 

"Did you see the-" he started.

"Yeah," I quietly mumbled.

He pulled me into a warm embrace.  "I won't ever let them hurt you."

"I know you won't."

"Ryeowook, come to my office," a voice commanded.

I swallowed.  It was Mr. Lee.

I slowly walked to his room and gently opened the door.

"Yes, Mr. Lee?" I whispered.

"I suppose you heard about the news that is going around?" he asked.

I nodded.  He let out a long sigh.

"I like you Ryeowook, but I don't want my son to be with a male."

"B-but, I love him!"

"I bet you do, but this isn't good our reputation."

"Please, let me stay with him!"  I begged.  "I will do anything, you can fire me, just don't take him away."

He closed his eyes.  "I let you go, but just be careful of what you do now.  If you do anything to Sungmin, I will get rid of you."

His emphasis on the last couple words made me shiver.

"I won't you let you down."

With that said, I quickly left the room.  I let out a sigh of relief.
