순진한 (Sunjinhan)                                      Luhan 

She's pretty actually, but always with those old style clothes- like she was left alone in the civilization. Long skirts down to her ankle, with white socks and black shoes. Weird, very weird and unfashionable. She will be always wearing her sweater, even if it's very hot in summer. There are times where I would think she'd been using the same clothes for days.  She's also very smart. But no, she's not wearing those thick-rimmed eye glasses that would make her like a nerd geek. She's pretty like I said, but not making an effort to be noticed.

Almost everyone in school knows her, since she always tops academic rankings; but no one cares. You may call her "popular". . .yes, but believe me NO ONE knows her name, or rather no one even bothered knowing her real name. Teachers would call her 순진한 (Sunjinhan)  meaning: innocent,  simple, silly, heart-whole, simple-hearted, simpleminded. . . etc. She has a very good reputation to the entire school faculty. But really, no one bothers.

She's called Sunjinhan. But I doubt she's Korean. She doesn't look like the usual Korean. Me, as a Chinese- do look like a Korean. But she? No.

With all those kind qualities, she never became really popular. Popular, in a way she's got a lot of suitors, a lot wanting to be her friend, a lot wanting to talk to her, a lot wanting her to be their toture, a lot wanting to have lunch with her- none. 

I rarely see her with someone either, she doesn't have friends. I know it, I've proved it. It's like... well I can see a lot are trying to be friends with her, she's smart- so who wouldn't? But that's it. She never gets any closer to them. Now that I am thinking, she doesn't even have a single bestfriend either. I mean, knowing girls-- they would always have at least one.

But I am very sure that whenever someone tries to be close with her. . . She pushes them away. It's like she doesn't want to be friends, or be any closer with someone.

Now, how did I get to know all those? I never DID really care actually, until that one day I needed something. Something that ONLY she, could help me. I was desperate. And I would do anything for me to achieve it, to have it done. There’s nothing that Lu to the Han could never get.

And now, here I am. The so-called-campus-heartthrob, begging this “Sunjinhan” to help me. No one,  would ever imagine this happening. Me stooping down low just for this.

I never did paid attention to her, never. All I know she’s smart. I didn’t even know people call her Sunjinhan, and. . . look. As much as I wanted to believe he did some sorcery on me- no, she did not. Now, I would notice every single thing about her, and every single change on her; her mood, her expressions, her tone, her eyes, everything.

I never DID care. Until that one day, I thought what she said was absurd. Ridiculous. Balderdash. And ending up- I was WRONG. And. . .she was right.

I should’ve not, but it’s too late.
