It's the year 2015 and life in South Korea is anything but peaceful. Teenagers across the country are rebelling against the cruel school system by skipping out on classes, harming teachers and other authority figures, and just downright disrespecting all of their elders. When they do come to school, they spend their time in class doing anything but learning and studying.

One day a student comes rushing into her classroom, obviously having woken up late. "I'm sorry for being late! The other night I was up late studying and I..." she trails off as she notices the chalkboard behind her teacher.

School is boring.
We're taking the day off.

—Class B

Her teacher looks at her for a moment then clears his throat, picks up his notebook, and walks out of the classrom. Silently she follows him, clutching her textbooks to her chest. Before she can walk out the door another student bursts from the classroom next door, a crazed look in his eyes as he waves around a knife. Instantly he goes for the teacher and stabs him in the leg before running off. Students lingering in the hallway scream and back away as he runs past them.

The girl realizes the crazy student was one of her classmates. She swallows hard and looks back at her teacher, who is limping away towards a restroom.

"What are you all looking at?" he snaps, looking over his shoulder. "Get to class!"

A male student laughs. "You can't tell us what to do, old man!" he taunts, much to the amusement of the group of girls surrounding him.

The teacher glares at the boy before looking straight at the girl.

"Go home," he orders, and the girl obeys without a second thought.

Now fast forward two years. Adults in the country, who now fear the youth, developed a law. The BR Act. It is designed to strike fear into the youth of South Korea; just enough fear to make them behave once more.

With the first round of the BR Act, a young elementary class was chosen. The victor was a young girl named Su Kyung, who, when taken from the island, her white uniform and pale skin stained with blood, smiled.

However, the plan had not worked. So a year later, the raffles began again, and a class of 21 boys and 21 girls was chosen.

Class B was about to fight for their right to live.
