May had passed and is June right now and today is a special day for me.

Why? Is Nickhun’s birthday tomorrow and auntie had agreed to let me organise a surprise birthday for him.

So today I am extremely busy. Busy with what?

Busy baking a birthday cake for him and specially designed it by myself.

In order to bake the cake, I have prepared and also practice for a long time.

I want the cake to be edible and also look nice on the outlook.

I spent about 2 hours and the cake is finally done.

Now the time is 11.30pm . I climbed up the stairs and look at the room opposite mine.

Great the lights are off. This is the timing that Nickhun always sleep.

I changed to a new sets of clothes and ran all the way down to the living room to get the cake and ran to his house.

Nickhun’s mum is really a nice person. Is so late at night and she still allows me to give him a surprise.

I greeted Nickhun’s Mum and Dad and quietly walked up the stairs.

Allthough is dark in his rooms but from the candle lights , I can still see the shock look from his face.

He on his bed lamp and look at me with a blur look as he was already deep in his sleep earlier.

OMG he also gave me a big surprise too.

The room was in silence for about 10 seconds and the next moment, I was screaming.

At the same time he pull his blanket and cover his top body.

“Hey! What do you think you are doing in the middle of the night in my room ?”

“ Can’t you see the cake on my hand? Is your birthday today. I wanted to be the first to greet you a happy birthday.”

I looked at him and answered.

“Oh, yes you are the first and was a special one too.”

He sat up straight and laid his body near to the wall.

“ Hehe. Special right? Ah , I want to sing a birthday song for you.”

I suddenly remember that I need to sing him a birthday song and the candle lights are going off soon.

So I sang a Cantonese version for him.

After the song, he looked at me with another blur looked.

“ Is this a birthday song?” He looked at me with a puzzled look and he is really cute with those puppy eyes.

“Yup. Cantonese version. Do you like it ?” I nodded my head in excitement.

“ Hmm although I don’t understand what it means but it sounds nice.” He rubbed his eyes and answered.
