Rust

Description

" Those that don't rust have a higher value. Those that haven't rusted  shine with an incandescent glow filled with new excitement. Have I rusted? that I can only sit quietly unnoticed? "

Hi guise. This is Fantasii_Soulmate.

I'm back after quite a while. Actually, I've been writing all this while, but nothing that I've wanted to post publicly just yet. I'm always on-and-off with writing, so I don't want people to get attached to a story that I'll end up giving up on. I think that's too cruel. LOL

But this time, I think. THINK. that I`ll be able to finish this JongSica short-fic (or so I think). As long as it doesn't get too long and complicated, I will make my best effort to finish it. However, I don't have a solid plotline yet, so I don't know where the story is going yet.

So far, I have 3 chapters-ish completed that I will post as soon as I get everything else done, such as thinking of a good title and possibly getting myself a nice little poster for the fanfic.

Meanwhile, I want to thank everyone who's commented on my other fanfics, especially "Insomnia" since I've been gone from AFF. To those of you reading this right now: I hope you can patiently wait for this upcoming JongSica fanfic.

See ya`ll soon~

EDIT: I will be posting the story, but as a fore-warning, I have to disclaim here that my writing is a bit extensive at times. I'm trying to develop my style of writing, so I'm trying out a slightly different style of writing. I'm not sure how well I can handle it yet, so it may get a bit dry, boring and not as full of...hm, juice? So yeah.

Title: "Rust"

Characters: Kim JongHyun, Jung Jessica, Jung Krystal, Lee TaeMin, Wu Kris, Hwang Tiffany

Featuring: JongSica, JongStal (slight)

Genre: Romance, Life(?)

Length: ongoing

Foreword

When words are insufficient, many things in life can be depicted with analogies.

To writers, the right analogies are brief, but effectively concise.

When words are insufficient, many things in life can be drawn with pictures.

To photographers, a perfect photo is simple, but overflowingly meaningful.

JongHyun, the writer agreed with Jessica, the photographer that New York was a shining new penny.

To them, Seoul was like a rusty penny; meaningful and experienced through, but no longer flavorful.

He too, hoped that he could become a shining new penny again.

So he went.

A/N: I'm not sure how much the foreword made sense. It made more sense in my head LOL.
