I can't believe him. Mr. Kim thinks he has me under his control but we'll see who has the upper hand. Two can play at his game and I don't plan on letting myself get controled by some guy that thinks he has rights as a father towards me.

"You'll have to excuse my husband he's actually very delighted to have actually met you. He just doesnt know how to go about it." Mrs. Kim said as she guided Jen towards an aparment building

"Yeah I understand that but it doesn't give him the right to think that he has rights over me. I don't know how things work here but where im from once we turn 18 we're of age we decideour own life and what we do with them. I am already 18 my dad has let me live my life how i want and has been there for me when i need him"

"What weird customs you have"

"hahaha you really think so Mrs. Kim?"

Knock Knock Knock

"Coming"

"Ugh get me a glass of water will you son"

"Uh yeah sure dad" Jonghyun said

"Thanks son"

"Here's youre water dad, where's mom I thought you guys would be coming together and you guys are early"

Knock Knock Knock 

"Oh hey mom I was just asking dad about you" Jonghyun said as he hugged his mom and made space to let her in

"Oh honey we missed you"

"haha mom you just saw last week" Jonghyun said as he rubbed his neck

"It's not enough time" Mrs. Kim said as she made her way inside

"Where did you leave Jen?" Mr. Kim asked

"She's outside she said she'd let you do whatever you had to do and we could go get her when we're done telling Jonghyun" Mrs. Kim said as she took a seat on the couch

"Um whose Jen?" Jonghyun asked

"God women can't you see she'd probably run away she knows no one here and has nowhere to go. Fill him in i'll be right back, that's if she hasnt left yet" Mr. Kim said as he left down towards the entrance

"Okay mom mind explaining to me whats going on?" 

"You see son a few years ago youre dad"

Downstairs

You'd think that women would do something right for once. Why would she leave Jen alone down here. Knowing well that Jen doesnt want to stay

"Mr. Kim what are you doing here I thought you would be talking to your son about me and Mrs. Kim would come down to fetch me" Jen said as she turned to look at Mr. Kim

"You didn't leave" Mr. Kim asked in astonishment 

"Well of course not whether I like it or not I have a brother and I'd like to meet him"

"Are you finally coming to an agreement in accepting me as your father?" Mr. Kim asked as he held Jen's hand

"Don't misunderstand Mr. Kim, im only here to meet my brother" Jen said as she let go of Mr. Kim's hands and motioned for him to show her the way

Upstairs 

"What??????" Jonghyun screamed

Flashback to when Mr. Kim stepped out

"You see son when you were born at the age of one your father told me he had been having an affair. At the time we had not gotten married yet and well there really wasn't anything I could do. I felt hurt but glad because your father at least had the courage to tell me but what i wasn't expecting was for him to tell me that the other women was pregnant....At the moment I felt like my world was crumbling but your father assured me that the only thing that would change would be the fact of us getting married. Apparently the women he was seeing was married and told him that he didn't want to have anything else to do with him and left him"

"Wait are you saying dad married you was because the other women left him"

"Yes that's right, your father was hurt because he was ripped  out of the oppurtunity of seeing his daughter so out of spite he married me and forgot about his daughter till now" Mrs. Kim said as they heard the door open

"Son, this is Jen, your younger sister" Mr. Kim said as he let Jen inside

"Hi" Jen said as she felt awkward
