“Cherry ya! Come here!”. The girl followed her, grabbing Minah from his leg  and of course he knew who is her. “I’m sorry sir.”. He take a bow without realizing who is the man in front of her.

“Han Haejung?”. Yongguk asked her, and she stop bowwing.

“Oh, Bang Yongguk-ssi.”. Haejung give him a smile, but his eyes just go into someone who laughing in Haejung’s hand.

“Papa!”. Minah give him a wide smile and reach out her hand to have a hug from him.

"Minah-ya.". He smiled and call the baby smootly.

“Ekhem!”. The Cashier woman look annoyed because they took so much time, and Yongguk didn’t pay it yet.

“Oh, ya I’m sorry.”. Yongguk turn his body immediately. He was about to pay his Sojus but, he looked into a box of baby milk that he almost bought. He took the milk back. “I’m sorry but I think I need it.”.

“Geezz!”. The Cashier look more annoyed and took the milk box roughly into his plastic bag. “159.000 won!”. Yongguk took 200.000 won from his wallet and give it to the cashier woman.

 “Give the exchange to that girl.”. Yongguk point his finger into Haejung who still confuse picking the baby food for Minah. “Oh, wait! This milk to! Give it to her okay?”.

“Yes. I see.”. Answer the Cashier girl sarcastically.

“YAH! you should be nice to me or I flip the table with my strong hand!”. Yongguk slammed the table and it makes 2 older customer plus Haejung and Minah were shocked. The Cashier woman just shut her eyes and walk backward spontaneously.

Yongguk about to entering his car but he feels like, he doesn’t want go home yet. So, he just put the bottles of soju on the back seat and resting his body in front of his car. He still looking into the mini market, yeah to make sure the cashier woman give the money and a box of milk to Haejung and Cherry.

Just about a few minutes, Haejung was already in front of the cashier table, and yeah, the cashier woman gave her a bunch of money and a box of milk. Yongguk just smile in silent when he see Haejung moving around her head to searching someone that he thought it was him.

After Haejung carrying his Minah, Yongguk turn around to start the Engine but..

“Bang Yongguk-ssi! Is that you?”. Haejung call him and He just waving and smile as a response. Haejung walk toward him and bowing with Cherry still in her embrace. “Thank you for everything. Some of your money left, this is very useful for me, thank you. and for the milk too. That’s Cherry’s favorite milk. Thank You.”.

“Yes I Know, because that milk was the milk that she choosen when we go out to buy her needs, and yeah you’re welcome.”. Yongguk said while ruffling Minah’s hair, and it’s make her smile.

“It’s late already, so I gotta go Yongguk-ssi. Once again, thank you.”. Haejung about to go but Yongguk stop her by grabbing her hand.

“It’s night, and it’s cold. Come on go inside the car and tell me your address. Go and don’t complaining.”. Yongguk said that with a threatening tone.

“Hahaha.. Okay.”.  Haejung giggling and just enter the car. “It’s just 3 block from this mini market.”.

“Oh, it’s not that far that I thought.”.

“Yes, that why I came here by walking hahaha..”.

Less than 3 minutes, they’re already arrived in front of cheap and small apartement that Yongguk thought, it must be collapsed just because a strong wind blowing it. Even the parking lot was so horrible. There is no car that parked on it, just one old bad horrible boxcar with “Dry Cleaning” sign on it, which parked on this small parking lot.

Yongguk looks with confusedness, and with a disgusted look.

“Yongguk-ssi.”. Haejung call Yongguk name and give a sign with her eyes to unlock the car’s door.

“Oh, yes I’m sorry I Just forget it.”. Yongguk unlock the door.

“Thank you very much.”. Haejung give him a bow before turn her body to enter the building but yongguk stopped her.

“Wait!”.Yongguk open the window and call her.

“Ne?”. She stopped and lowered her body to look at Yongguk who call her.

“It isn’t your house right?”. He asked in disbelief.

“No, It’s my house.”. With a smile Haejung answer him. She knew it must be because the apartment looks so nasty old like haunted house.

“Minah..eeuumm.. I mean Cherry lives here too?”. Yongguk asked worriedly.

“Yes, it must be looks so horrible, but our house is clean and liveable. Don’t worry, it’s not that bad. Once again, thank you. I’ll go.”. Haejung waving her hand, and about to turn her body again, but Minah who sleeping in her hand was awakened and she crying when she look at Yongguk.

“Huaaaaa ~ *Minah’s crying*.. Aahskjsgdllgkewdlgld ~ *baby’s language*.”. Minah reaching her hands out. It’s mean that she doesn’t want Yongguk to leave her.

“Ah, I’m sorry Yongguk-ssi. Ssssshhh.. Cherry-yah don’t cry please ~”. In hurry Haejung walk into the building with Minah who still crying and look at Yongguk with spreading out hand, her eyes said that she don’t want to be apart with Yongguk.

Yongguk can’t lie to himself, yeah he felt a little bit sad too. A LITTLE BIT sad too, yeah.. just a little bit.

At home...

Yongguk parked his car already, and after locked the car’s door he’s enter his house and headed to kitchen to have a glass of orange juice. He turn on the TV and put the orange juice on the coffee table that placed between TV and Sofa. He go to his room to change his outfit into normal outfit and back to living room to watching TV.

He grabbing his orange juice and drink it slowly. Feel the cold sweet sour water flowing slowly to his throat until Sojus CF come out on the TV. He choked and staring at what his drink. He drinks that orange juice and put the glass on the dishwasher.

He grabs his car key immediately and takes his soju out. But, when he’s about to close the door. He found something blinking under the front passenger seat. It’s a hairclip, beautiful hairclip that he sure it was Haejung’s. Since, there’s no girl who entered his car beside Haejung.      Of course, He took it.

Yongguk back to his living room after keep the soju in the refrigerator. He took two bottles of soju with him and watch TV while drink it.

Next Day..

Yongguk awakened when his phone ringing. Yes, last night he fell asleep on the livingroom sofa. The TV was still on, and the empty soju’s bottle was still in his grasp. Fortunately, there is no water in it. He open his eyes slowly and the phone was already stop ringing. He stand up and put the throw the bottles into the trashbin.

It’s already 9.32 a.m so he go to bathroom to take a bath. Warm water fall on the Yongguk's head, and flowing slowly until it fall into his body, makes he feel comfortable and the drowsiness magically disappear. He put a few drop of shampoo and washing his hair. After that, he put a few drop shower gell and wash his body.

It isn’t takes too much time. Less than 10 minutes he already finished. He open his closet and pick up the cloth that he wants to wear. He go out from his room to go to somewhere, but his phone ringing again and ‘Old Man’ words showed on it screen. Yes, it was his father.

On the phone...

Father : YAH! BANG YONGGUK! Why you didn’t answer my calls?!!

Yongguk : I answer it. If I’m not, you can’t talk to me right now. (Yongguk said sarcastically)

F : YAH!! YOU SON OF BIT*H! DON’T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!

Y : AND DON’T CALL ME SON OF BIT*H! MY MOTHER IS NOT A BIT*H!!

F : YAH! SHUT UP AND-

Y : Hurry up and talk before i end up this call!

F : Your teacher call me and he said you’re did everything bad!

Y : Yes, I’m bad and please don’t wasted your time to me. *bip!*  

“Fu*k that stup*d old men!”. Yongguk cursing his father and blocking his father number immediately.

Yongguk go to living room and cleaning some trash in the floor and some trash in the sofa and table too. Until he found something blinking and yes of course it was Haejung’s hair clip. He remembered about his plan last night. He wants to handed it back to Haejung and bring all of cheese, snack, and milk to Minah.

He grab his cars key and go to Haejung’s house.

‘Knock knock’

Yongguk knocking the door multiple time until someone open the door to him.

“Oh, Yongguk-ssi how could you know my house?”. Haejung ask confusedly before let him enter her house. “Let’s come in.”.

“Thank you. I asked front ahjumma where is your house, and she’s tell me your house number.”. Yongguk answer her and give her a slight smile.

“Haejung-ah, Who is he?”. Hoarse Woman voice was heard by Yongguk, in same time as he look a trembling old woman walking out from her bed room.

“Oh eomma, he is Bang Yongguk-ssi, the man that take a good care for Cherry. Bang Yongguk-ssi, she is my mother.”. Haejung introduce them, before she helping her mother to walk and sitting on the old couch which Yongguk sat on.

After make a cup of tea for Yongguk who still chatting with her mother, she asked him about the reason why he come here.

“So, Yongguk-ssi is there something important that bring you here?”. Haejung sat down beside her mother.

“Oh, no there’s no something ‘that’ important. I just want to give it to you. It’s yours right?.”. Yongguk handed Haejung her hairclip.

“Oh, yes it’s mine thank you Yongguk-ssi.”. Haejung took the hair clip and smiled at Yongguk.

“Yes, I found it in my car.”.

“I think I drop it somewhere, and it’s good since it fell in your car. So I can find it. Thank you.”.

“And this.”. Yongguk handed a plastic bag with snack, cheese, and 3 bottle of banana milk that belongs to Minah, which still in his refrigerator.

“Oh, it’s too much. You don’t need to do this.”.

“No. When Minah, eum.. I mean Cherry. When she was lives in my house, I bought them all to her. So it’s her.”.

“Oh is that so? Hmm.. Thank you. You can come in, I want to put it in the kitchen.”.

Yongguk’s eyes start to looking around the house. This small house looks clean, and warm but, it’s really looks old. The wallpaper looks are no longer attached properly, and the sofa was hard and not comfortable to sit on, because the springs were not working. yes, this is an old sofa.

Yongguk looking around the house with his pitiful and disgusted stare. Well, it’s because he never live in this kind of situation. The cup that Haejung used to gave a drink to him, looked old and slightly browned due to the inherent color of tea. Yes, if he has that browned cup or glass, of course he throw it away. But, Haejung still used it. In the other side, Haejung hate to see that ‘stare’ from Yongguk eyes.

“Is there another purpose?”. Haejung asked in her annoyed voice, and her mother look at her with –don’t-be’like-that- looks.

“Ah, eum.. no, I just..eeuumm..Minah eum...I mean....”. Yongguk who was shocked by Haejung’s annoyed voice felt a little bit nervous.

“Cherry?”.

“Yes, where is she?”.

“She take a nap.”.

“Can I see her?”.

“Yes, of course. But, please keep silent. Don’t make her wake up.”.

“Yes, I see.”.

Yongguk follows Haejung who walk into a small room. The Extent of her bedroom is only a half of his bathroom. Yongguk felt a little bit shock and of course ‘pity’ too. But, he knows Haejung might be hate it if he showing his feeling again. So he just act like this room is good.

Something tremble feeling come from his heart when he’s look at his little baby Minah. Minah sleeping with an old and ripped sheep doll and she sleep on the ‘folding bed’ yes! The bed which isn’t thicker than his blanket. He doesn’t know why, but he’s so sad to see Minah sleeping and living in this kind of place. Since, Minah was lived well in his house.

After say good bye and thank you to Haejung’s mother, he was decided to go home. He walk down the building with Haejung. Yes, she accompanied him to the lobby.

“Thank you.”. Yongguk said while turn his body and give her a bow.

“No, I'm the one who should thanked to you. Thank you very much Bang Yongguk-ssi.”. Haejung give him a slight smile and of course she is bowwing too, before she turn her body about to leave him.

“Oh wait!”. Yongguk grab her arm and stopped her.

“Yes? What?”. Haejung give him a questioned look.

“I think it’s hard for you to take care of your mom...and euum... what if Minah..I mean Cherry lives with me? I'll send her to kindergarten, she was almost three years but not yet good at speaking. I promise I will take a really good care to Minah. How is it?”. Unexpected words come from Yongguk’s mouth and Haejung just give him a ‘What are you talking about?’ Look. There is an interval and they’re just look at each other eyes deeply. Until.............

“No, it’s not good at all. You can’t take her. I can teach her to talk and I can spend a money to Cherry, so she can go to school. Don’t worry and stop being that nice to me. We are stranger and No, I didn’t mean to refuse all of your kindness but, please don’t act like this. Because you makes me feel uncomfortable and I hate to see your pity eyes when you see my condition. I know you’re a rich man.  you can do everyting with your money, and you’re so nice and kind, even Cherry always seacrhing for you. But....No, you can’t buy our Cherry.”.
