The Eternal BattleIt was the unspoken law – vampires would rule the night. They were the pinnacle of the food chain; the noblest of the hierarchy. Anyone who crossed paths with one would be bringing about his own demise. It was a time when all other creatures would bow down to the vampire. They were the slaves, the vermin of the night. They were by far, inferior to the vampire race. The supremacy ruled all.
Fear had been injected into each inferior. They were taught to obey. They were instructed to lower their eyes, brainwashed to kissing the feet of their master. They were a destroyed people. A majority oppressed by their lords. Their identity had been demolished by the mere authority of their tyrant.
The tyrannical rule of the superior beings would soon come to an end. Dissent grew first amongst the shadows; the shape shifters. The opposition to their despotic leaders became a powerful sentiment within the other races.
It was with the order for the eradication of every witch that lit the fuse. The once humble servants were outraged, and in a movement to preserve their most powerful allies, they revolted. In their stance, a revolution began, one that would last for centuries to come.
