School again. I smile remembering Jiyong yesterday when he was stuffing his face with marshmallows. What the hell am I thinking about. That pig. That cute pig. Eh. Who gives? I check my timetable to see if I have the right books. Yep. I do. I have Science today too. YES! What the hell am I excited about? I don‘t like him. Swear. I don‘t like him. I grab an apple an begin walking to school.

“Hey," Jiyong appears behind me.

"Hey," I told him and smiled. Wait. I can‘t smile at him. This bastard broke my best friend‘s heart. I walk faster trying to avoid him.

“Wait up," he tells me.

I sigh and slow down. I don‘t even know why I slowed down. I just did upon hearing his voice.

He finally catches up. “We have Science today,“ he tells me.

“I know,“ I say.

“Can I sit next to you again?“ he asks me.

“Why?“ I ask munching on my apple.

“Because we‘re friends,“ he says to me with a huge grin on his face. Ngaw. This guy is so cute! How could I say ‘no‘ to this guy? Oh easy. He broke my best friend‘s heart. Jiyong began to pout not getting answer from me. KYYYAAA! He did NOT just pout! Oh the hell! He IS pouting! He‘s just too cute!

“But you broke my best friend‘s heart,“ I told him.

He sighed. “I‘m sorry, okay? Can‘t you both forgive me?"

Well. I guess I could. He did explain everything to me yesterday. So. “Science buddies?“ I ask.

He thought for a while. “Okay,“ he agrees. “We sit together every Science lesson though, neh?“ he asks with a smile.

I hesitated for a while but nodded in the end.

“YES!“ he said.

Weirdo, I thought. I chucked the rest of my apple in the bin since we‘ve already arrived at school.

“I haven‘t forgiven you yet, though,“ I told him.

Jiyong sighed. “I know,“ he mumbled.

“Oh. I see Bom,“ I say. “See you later, Jiyong.“ I tell him.

“See you later, Science buddy,“ he tells me.

I laugh and make my way over to Bom.

"Hiii," I tell Bom.

"Hey," she says. "I still can't believe you tripped him before."

"He deserved it," I said.

Bom sighed.

"Do you still like him?" I ask.

Bom doesn't answer. Okay. The asnwer to that question is a definite 'yes'.

I sighed.

"Well. I can't help it!" Bom frustratedly says.

I sigh again. "I know, Bommie. I know."

The bell rang for roll call.

"See you later, Bommie," I tell her.

She just nods.

Roll call is boring. There's no one to talk to. I check my timetable again. Science last period. >.< I sigh. I have English first period.

The bell rang signalling first period. I get off my seat and walk to room 15.

"Hi," someone appears beside me.

"Oh, uhm..hi," I say.

"What subject?" Jiyong asks.

"English. You?"

"Music," he says.

Oh. That's what Bom has. "Are you and Bom in the same music class?" I ask him.

He nods.

"I have to go now. Bye," I tell him.

He just nods. I run into room 15.

"Hey Dara."

I turn around and see Jaesoo. The nerd. The nerdiest most smartest guy my English class.

"Uhm..hi," I say.

"Can I sit next to you?" he asks me.

"Uhh....yeah okay," I tell him.

He sits down next to me.

This is going to be a looooong lesson.

FINALLY! SECOND PERIOD! MATHS! WITH BOM!

"Hey," I say as she sits next to me.

"Hiii," she says.

We're both in room 6 where we have Maths.

"How was music?" I ask.

"Eh. It was so-so. Why did you ask?"

"Nothing," I reply.

"How was English?" she asks me.

"OMG! Why did you have to ask? Jaesoo sat next to me again," I told her.

Bom giggled. "I swear, that guy likes you."

I rolled my eyes.

"Oh here he comes now!" Bom tells me.

I lay my head face down on the table. He's in my Maths class too. Perfect. -.-

"HI DARA!" he yells.

I keep my head down.

"She says 'hi'," Bom tells him.

I sit up. "I did not," I whispered to Bom.

She giggles.

The lesson went on with Bom and I just talking to eachother.

RECESS!

"Dara! Walk faster, will you? I need to pee," Bom whines when we got out of room 6.

"I don't wannaaaaaa," I tell her.

"Can I go ahead? I'll burst any second now," Bom asks.

"Yeah go. I'll wait," I told her. With that, she sped off running like a mad woman to the girls' bathroom.

I chuckled.

Jiyong's POV

"DIE!" Youngbae yelled as he stepped on all the ants he could see.

"Could you stop that?" I ask.

Youngbae stopped. "Hey. Isn't that Bom over there?"

"Yeah," I say.

"Whoa. Bom runs fast.." Youngbae says.

He was right. She just went ZOOM!

I saw Sandara walking alone.

I left Youngbae and went up to her.

"Hey," I tell her.

"Hi," she says.

We walked in silence.

"TOUCH HER !" I hear Youngbae yell.

Sandara turns her head.

"Ha ha. Don't look there," I say turning her head to the front as we walk.

"What the ?!" I mouth to Youngbae.

"So...where you going?" I ask.

"......bathroom," she replies.

"Oh. Then...uhmm...I should get going then..." I say then I walk over to Youngbae and hit his head.

"Dude, what the hell?!" he says rubbing his head.

"Why would I touch her ?" I ask.

"Because it looks cute," Youngbae says.

I sigh. "Oh there. Check that out," I tell Youngbae.

"Where?" he asks.

"There," I point.

I look at Youngbae. He had a disgusted face. "GROSS!," he says.

I just laugh.

Dara's POV

Fourth period. Freakin finally! I sat in the place Jiyong and I sat yesterday.

"Hey," Jiyong says sitting next to me.

"Hey," I say.

"'Sup?" he asks.

Omgggg! He just asked me 'sup'! SUP!!!!!

"Nothing much...you?" I say AS CALM AS I COULD!

"Nothing really," he says.

"Oh..." was all I could say.

Silence......

"I brought marshmallows again," he said with a huge grin on his face.

I laugh.

"We'll share them, neh?" he asks.

I nod with a smile on my face.

"Okay class," Mr Seo says. "The person next to you will be your parnter. Go to your benches and get the bunsen burners out."

"YES!!" Jiyong says. "I knew I was supposed to bring my marshmallows today!"

I smile.

He set up the bunsen burner and we began eating the marshmallows.

He's a nice person. Kind. Patient. Understanding.....plain annoying. I see why Bommie fell for him. NOT THAT I'M FALLING FOR HIM AND EVERYTHING. I ADMIT HE'S CUTE AND HOT AND ATTRACTIVE BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING!!! I just see the good in him. That's all.

The bell rang. What? That was it? Time to go home now? What? Now? As in NOW!? But I'm still eating marshmallows with Jiyong and....curse you school bell!!!

"Come on," Jiyong says. "I'll walk you home."

On second thought, nevermind. I nod at him.

We begin to pack our stuff and then we left the classroom.

Just before we left the school gate, he studdenly stopped.

"Something wrong?" I ask him.

"Bom might see us..." he said.

"Don't worry. We're just Science buddies, right?" I ask.

He nodded and we began walking again.

"What's your favourite colour?" he asked me.

"Blue. Why?" I asked.

He just shrugged. "Just asking."

"What's yours?" I ask him.

"Red," he answered. "What your favourite food?"

"Cookies."

"Your favourite ice cream flavour?"

"Strawberry."

"Favourite drink?"

"Either water or bubble tea."

"Favourite clothing store?"

"Most of my clothes are from Yesstyle.com"

"Cool," he says.

Nooo! We're almost home. I walk slower. Just a bit slower. Just to spend a bit more time with him. Just a bit. Only because he's a nice person.

I walk just a tiny bit slower. hehe. I hope he doesn't notice. and I hope he's not in a rush either.

"Can we be friends," he suddenly asked.

I stopped walking. Well... I wouldn't mind being friends with him. He's a nice person....but he did break Bommie's heart. GAAH! I don't know.

"Yeah. Okay," I heard myself say. WHAAAT?! Oh. I don't mind.

Jiyong smiled. "Can I call you Dara?"

I nod.

"What kind of phone to you have?" he asked me.

What kind of question is that? I just shrugged and let him see my phone. He took it out of my hands and looked at the phone accessory.

"What is it?" he asked.

My jaw dropped. He doesn't know Totoro?! "HOW COULD YOU NOT KNOW TOTORO?!?!?" I yelled.

"I just don't," he began fiddling with my phone.

"What are you doing?" I ask him.

"Saved my number. My name is saved as 'Science Buddy'," he said.

"Lemme save my number on your phone," I say.

He passed me his phone.

"KYAAAAA!!!" I squealed.

"What?" he asked.

"Your phone accessory is soooo cuuuteee," I tell him.

".....its Pikachu," he tells me.

"I LOVE PIKACHU!!!" I say.

"Your favourite pokemon?" he asks me.

I nod.

"Do you want it?"

"Nononononono," I say. "Here. I saved my number. It's under 'Science Buddy' too."

Then we began walking. Slowly walking. kekeke.

GAHD! Bommie is going to kill me...being friends with her ex-boyfriend.

"Uhm...I don't know where you live..." Jiyong says.

"Just ahead," I say.

NOOOO!! We're so close to my place....If I walk slower then it would be suspcious.

"We're here," I say.

"Oh. I only live two houses further ," he told me.

"Oh my gosh, really?" I asked, surprised.

"Yeaah. We live near eachother," he told me.

"Yeah," I say. "Well...thank you for walking me home, Jiyong."

"See you tomorrow?" he asks.

I nod. "Bye."

"Bye," he says then walks off.

I run up to my room.

I can not tell Bommie about this. I'm not lying if I don't tell her. If she doesn't ask, I won't answer. If she does...I'll tell her. She would butcher me though. Being friends with her ex-boyfriend.

That night I was talking to Bom on facebook since we don't live near eachother.

She's still upset about Jiyong that broke up with her. She really loved him. She thought he was the one.

I keep telling her that it's alright and you'll meet someone better and he isn't worth her tears but... I sigh... I don't think she understood a single think I tell her.

Dara: byeee.

Then she was off. Now I'm lonely. No one to talk to and no one else is home but me. Its quiet. Omg! What if there are ghosts here!? I've been watching too many horror movies lately... OMFG! WHAT IF THE GRUDGE IS HERE! WHAT IF SHE'S JUST IN MY BATHROOM!?!?!  NOO!! I MIGHT DIE TONIGHT!!!

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" I yell then realise it's just my phone.

Jiyong was calling me.

I answered.

"Boo!" he said.

"SCREW YOU!!!!" I yelled at him.

"What did I do?" he asked.

"You called me! I'm alone and I watched a horror movie last week!! I began thinking The Grudge was in my bathroom ready to kill me or something then you suddenly called me which made me scream! DAMN I really need a new ringtone," I told him.

"It was YOU that screamed?" he asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"Because I heard it," he laughed.

"Why'd you call?" I asked.

"Nothing. I got bored and decided to call you," he told me.

"Oh. okay," I told him.

"DARA! WE'RE HOME!!" I heard my mum and my sister down stairs.

"I have to go. Bye," I told him.

I grabbed a pillow, put it to my face and "KKKKKKKKKKKYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I didn't want him to hear that.

Back on facebook. I went through my news feed and found a photo one of my friends shared. I clicked on it.
