“What is this?” Kai asked as I handed out the papers I had in my hands.

“That is the script for today’s interview. You have to say pretty much what is written there.” I finished handing out the sheets and went back to the front of the practice room.

“As a child I was confused to be a girl? This is all crap. I’m not saying this.” Kai looked ready to throw his sheet on the ground when I piped up,

“You need people to like your character and this will make all the fangirls go crazy. Trust me. Just say it. Okay so does everyone have their parts. We should practice a few times before the interview. Hye Mi and I will be the interviewers you respond according to the sheet okay?” everyone nodded and we started. Hye Mi began, “Hello everyone. I am your host Park Hye Mi and today we have very special guests. Although they recently debuted, they managed to gain a huge fanbase already. Please welcome EXO-K.”

At this point all the guys pretended to walk on and I the music. They danced to their song, History I think it was and then stopped and gave their intro, “We are one” thing. I continued and since we didn’t have chairs we sat down on the ground. “Hello.” I said. “Please introduce yourselves to the audience and everyone watching at home.”

“Hello. I am the protector and leader, Suho.” “Hello I am the overly enthusiastic Chanyeol.” “Hello, I am the cute Baekhyun.” “Hello, I am the golden voiced D.O.” “Hello I am the adorable maknae, Sehun.” Finally we got to Kai and I couldn’t wait. “Hello, I am the… crazy dancer Kai.” He looked up and I purposefully looked away. It took me a lot of convincing to get Hye Mi to agree to that. She really wanted to do something to Chanyeol’s but I didn’t let her. We continued through the interview and one of my most favorite parts was,

“Kai-shi, what is one of the most embarrassing moments in your life?” the answer he gave was

“When I was a child, I was often confused for a girl…” he looked appalled as he kept reading and his expression got funnier and funnier… “even though my parents knew I was a boy, they always said how they loved girls. So they used to dress me up as a girl. I was dressed up as a girl until I was around six years. Once I started going to school they stopped… I am not saying this. This is absurd.” I just looked at his face and a few seconds after, the entire room erupted in laughter. Kai just stared from face to face confused. His expression read, “What happened?” and I couldn’t stop laughing. Then he realized that I had given him a different sheet. Everyone else had gotten the sheets with the right answers and he was given the sheet with the stupid answers. So while he was reading his answers everyone else was dying of laughter. After a few seconds he started laughing too but as he laughed he came closer to me. While everyone else was distracted he grabbed my arm. I stopped laughing when I felt his breath on the nape of my neck. I could smell his musky cologne mixed in with his sweat. His lips were mere inches away from my body. He got up to my ear and whispered,

“You got me." His lips lingered for just a few seconds before he backed away. My heart was beating faster than ususal and he just winkied at me before slipping back into his position and laughing once again. No one seemed to notice what had just transpired and I tried to rub it off. He had a cocky smile on his face but I couldn’t even look at him without feeling weird. Why did I feel like this?
