Ever since the beginning of time, humans were granted immense power in a form known as color aura. There were several different types of aura, aiding each individual to perform many tasks. However, as time continued, humans began to rely on technology and lose the capacity for this magic. Unaware of the magic’s wonders, later generations thought quite poorly of it. Soon, the story of such magic simply became myth.

The new generation, emerging in a time called 86 SE, has created a color aura transfer mechanism to increase human capacity for the magic, where color can be taken from the environment to supply the people. The emperor has used this to strengthen his soldiers to exert his rule over the land and to gain even more. His extreme hording of color has left the outskirts of the country barren in grayscale and the people there dived into poverty as color became a major trade item of high value. Those who live in the slums of the country only have one goal: to live. But there are certain people who have more to wish for, more to hope for:
