Our Day Will Come

The things I like are not how I used to remember them.

My favorite drink tastes like , my favorite snack is the most disgusting thing my palate has ever tasted. The color green no longer suits me. My hair has started falling out in the front and I'm wondering why? If it's been a short time, very little time. It has literally felt like a blink of an eye. But suddenly, I have lost family members, I have changed jobs a couple of times, and I honestly don't know the reason behind the change.

I've always had a bad memory. I constantly wonder where all my memories go, I say things that sound foreign to me, I do things that make me question myself.

Maybe I'm just losing my mind.

Ten years have passed. I'm still the same, same room, same haircut, although as I said before, I'm going bald.

I keep postponing my dreams. The time will come, I tell myself before going to sleep, demolished by an exhausting job.

The day will come.
