Becky did not even know that Freen has a surprise to her.

 Freen use the PROMISE RING as a necklace..the same Promise ring they have before.

The promise is that when the right time comes, they will marry each other.

Freen is planning of proposing to Beck using the promise ring.

The decoration in plaza was already arranged as plan by Freen.

She didn't mention the plaza but she knows that Becky will totally bring her there. They have lots of memories. 

They look for a bench to sit. 

Becky: It's nice to be back here..

Freen: Yeah, the tulips garden, a passing dog and you (looking at Becky)

Freen: Bec, I need to tell you something but before that let's go there (pointing on a well decorated Gazebo)

Becky: Huh? Is there any occassion?

Freen: Yes, Bec.. (then Freen kneel infront of Bec holding the ring)
