Hyunae's POV

After that day, kwangmin and jinyoung started to become close with each other. They also hang out together at school, not including me. Jinyoung would also come to our house once in a while.

But, lately, i'm often sick. I get fever and flu every week and every time I get sick, I lose 2-3 kg. now, I lost about 20 kg. kwangmin already took me to the clinic but the doctor said it was just common fever and gave me medications. Kwangmin was overacting as usual.

"hyunae-ah, today after school, i'll take you to the big hospital for the whole body check up" kwangmin said after he showered.

"big hospital? what for? i'm fine kwangmin-ah. didn't the doctor said it's just common" I replied

 "if you're fine, then why are you still getting sick? you shouldn't be sick right now if you're fine and you're still losing weight" kwangmin said

"let's just wait a while more before going for the whole body check up, maybe it's nothing serious"

"well, we need to do a check up first to know if it is nothing serious or something serious, right?"

"b..but...."

"can you go to school today?"

"yes"

"let's go. did you bring your meds?"

"ummm yes. let's go"

AFTER SCHOOL

"hyunae-ah, are you getting better?" jinyoung asked

"yes, i feel much better, but, kwangmin is overacting"

"if i was kwangmin, I would do the same. ah, do you want to go get a drink somewhere? I'll call kwangmin"

"that would be awesome"

"let's go"

We went to the nearest coffee shop and bought our drinks. jinyoung bought green tea and i bought coffee. Kwangmin came in later and bought iced mocha for him.

After chatting for a while, jinyoung got a call from his mother to go back home so he went back.

"hyunae-ah, I called the hospital just now and they said that the doctors are occupied today so I made an appointment tomorrow morning"

"ok, let's go home" I said and got up from the chair.

As soon as I got up, suddenly my stomach started hurting so bad that I fell down but kwangmin caught me.

"hyunae-ah!! hyunae-ah!?! why? does your stomach hurt? SOMEBODY PLEASE CALL FOR AN AMBULANCE!" kwangmin screamed.

Kwangmin's POV

I was so shocked I couldn't think straight. Thankfully the ambulance came fast. hyunae was brought to the emergency area and they put her inside a room which I cannot go in. I waited for about an hour before a doctor came to me

"are you the one who brought miss park hyunae?" the doctor asked

"yes, that's me"

"what is your relationship with the patient?"

"umm I'm her bestfriend, she lives with me and my family because her parents passed"

"okay. I need to tell you about the patient's condition"

"how is she? is she in a dangerous situation"

" I'm sorry to say this but she has stomach cancer"

"what?" I was so shocked. 

"and there is also one more thing that I suspect she have but I still can't confirm it because the test results are still not out"

"w...wh....what is that?"

"Tuberculosis"

P.s. tuberculosis is something dangerous and real but I have never heard people having stomach cancer and tuberculosis together. It's just my imagination. :)
